Will Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Attend the Tony Awards?

I was just reading an article that was saying both revenues and attendance has been down for Broadway shows from a year ago. They did say that it made a bit of a recovery in May, but it was still down by 3%.
The Tony Awards are tomorrow and people are predicting that it will have the highest rating since Oprah showed up. Big numbers like RENT and The Lion King will be a couple of the show-stoppers.
The writer of the article has made a few predictions and also asked some questions. One of them was “Will Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise show up at the Tonys?” They say that no announcement has been made, but given the fact that she is coming to Broadway this season and her co-star John Lithgow will be on the tele-cast, there might just be a chance they would show up. This unexpected appearance would definitely be a surprise and although it may be a long shot, it’s definitely possible.
What do you think? Will they show up? I’ll keep an eye out!
