Video of Suri Cruise Blowing Kisses to the Paparazzi
Check out this video of Suri Cruise blowing kisses to the paparazzi the other day. Suri is SO adorable! Any guesses what she’s going to be like when she’s a teenager? That’s got to be an interesting way to grow up constantly being photographed.

Battlemama: I agree with you. I was beginning to think this website had been shut down because I couldn’t log on for a few hours and went about my day. I thought, “there go the Scientologists, they were able to silence Leora for showing that YouTube video. But I finally was able to log on.
I saw this video and clearly they are training Suri to wave to “her people” and to make her feel “these people are your friends, they love you so greet & wave to them.”
THE FLIPSIDE of “THIS VIDEO on Tom Kat” is the one on Splash Online (click this link):
http://www.splashnewsonline.com/?s=Suri+Cruise
They are exiting the restaurant Orsay and it looks like Suri is say “no ooo” and she puts her head down a bit and Tom Cruise looks kinds of disappointment and blocks her from the people that are on the right side of the street (looking at Suri).
Later, clearly Suri has had a nap and is in a happy mood and waves to the people on the (right side of the street) and Katie and Tom are estactic but trying to contain themselves.
The pictures on the link below are the pictures of the video where Suri says hello and waves. You can SEE in the pictures that Katie and Tom are THRILLED that Suri has said “Hi,” blew a kiss and looked happy. Of course the public loves these scenes.
http://popsugar.com/gallery/209399?page=0,5,0
Look at Tom’s face, in each picture he is THRILLED that Suri has done this. And what greater joy a child has then to please their mom and dad.
They are clearly preparing Suri for a life in the entertainment business and possible a spokesperson for Scientology.
Have you seen Britney lately? She appears crazy, out of control, etc. and no one can stop her. She has a sister, brother, and a mom and dad. But NO ONE stops her.
Now you have Tom and Katie taking Suri here and there promoting their latest project. I doubt
anyone will stop them. Clearly this YouTube video of Tom revealed a lot of things but mainly
you are either with them (Scientologists) or get out of the arena. He is probably so sure he does NOT want history to repeat it self (like with Nicole who didn’t join with the Scientologist beliefs) and so he probably already read Martin and Katherine Holmes the rules, you either accept Katie and Suri as Scientologists are you will slowly stop seeing Katie and Suri. That’s it.
Definitely all of this: the marathon, her going to dinner the same night, her perfect marriage, her magical daughter, her image transformation, her (she’s hoping) hit movie, etc. are all to make people think that Scientology has made this positive change in her life.
They weren’t expecting this book to hit the way it has, or the YouTube video being leaked, and this backlash on Tom Cruise to happen. If you see other celebrity websites you can skim through the comments and see that people think Tom Cruise is weird, crazy, insane, out of control.
I think the ONLY PEOPLE who can reach Katie are her parents but I doubt they will. As the mother said on GMA, “she was a strong headed child” which means she is one of those people that appear mousy and cute in public but in private is a roaring lion. However, this girl is under Tom Cruise’s control and the Scientologists. I think they have more influence than people think. However, they haven’t completely taken over Hollywood which is why Tom Cruise has not won an Academy Award. That is something I think that will allude him for the rest of his career.
I dont know but I doubt to many people in Hollywood like Jolie, or others will take a stand against Katie and Tom. They are all business people and won’t publicly critize him. But you never know.

I agree with Battlemama. They are using this child to pull their reputations out of the gutter. What are they going to teach her to perform next for the paps? Juggling? Tap dancing? Quantum physics? Levitation?
Where are the publicists for these two? Do they really think this is making them more appealing to people? Is this reaching out to the masses? I’m still reeling from the crazy (AND I DO MEAN CRAZY) video of TC touting his wacko beliefs. He is so intense it’s scary. I would not doubt if Suri is afraid of him to some degree (maybe KH, too). He chose KH because she won’t question him or stand up to him. If he tried to shove that **** down my throat, I’d rip him a new one.
Two things about celebs that I can’t stand are their arrogance and the way people fawn over them. None of them give a rat’s $$$ about the folks who paid for those movie tickets that made them rich. The special treatment they receive and the yes-men sycophants that kiss their rich butts make me sick. They think their caca don’t stink. Who are you that you can’t carry your own damn [purse, baby blanket, umbrella]? That bodyguard is a damn fool for carrying KH’s big-*** bag that cost more than he’ll bring home this month.
I know my rant is off the subject, but I am so sick of these two acting like they’re what the world should aspire to be. I’d love to see someone stand up and call these two on their b.s.

I am GLAD popsugar had the courage to air these videos. See the link below. Clearly not every one is afraid of the Scientologists. I don’t see them as loving people. I see them as FAKES, bullies, manipulative people who are going to burn in hell for leading all these people to a false idol, L Ron Hubbard or whatever his name is.
Tom Cruise is a fool and Katie a bigger fool because we live in a time when you CANNOT know or even find out what Scientology is all about. All you have to do is log on the Internet, google, etc., and you begin to get an idea of who this cult is. I wish I could find demographics on these people. What is the median age of their followers, how long do people stay with them, and in what financial condition are they in when they leave, etc.
The sad thing is that there is so much tragedy going on in the world today: Tom, Katie and Suri; Britney Spears; Amy Winehouse (I don’t know WHY she is so popular, the same with Britney; Paris & Nicky Hilton, etc. There is so much negativity and lost people but really there are few people that can stop them.
This is why it is so important to TALK to your kids about God, your beliefs, your actions (testimony) speaks LOUDER than any words, sit down and read your Bible with them, have an evening where you pray together (turn off the computer, television, telephone, etc) and pray together, BOND with your kids, etc. because once they LEAVE your charge they might run into a sicko like Cruise who will try to convert them into this sick cult.
I have 13 nephews and I worry for them. We live in dangerous times. So many good but also bad things are available to young, middle aged, and old people. I mean young like old people are vulnerable. There are so many naive, gulliable people out there.

Actually, if you watch the video, the photographers are saying hi to her and waving at her first and she responded back like a normal toddler her age would. The ones I worry about are the kids with huge scowls on their faces when the photographers come out because they’ve been taught to hate them at such a young age. I’m not saying they don’t do things they shouldn’t. I don’t live with them, so I don’t know their everyday life/motives. I’m just saying I don’t think her reaction was necessarily trained. It seemed pretty normal for a typical, happy, friendly toddler.
Battlemama
Jan 17, 2008 at 10:53 pm
Thanks Lonestar!!
This is not a typical, happy toddler response. She has been trained how to behave for the cameras. Look at the previous pics. She was scowling in them and staring at the cameras. How does she go from that to waving and blowing kisses. They also have photos of KH pointing to the cameras and trying to get Suri to wave to wave to them!!
Suri is used to those cameras and that is sad. Other celeb kids scowl at them because they are total STRANGERS!!! Now her parents have taught her to blow kisses to them. How pathetic for Holmes and Cruise that they have to ride a 2 year old’s shirt tails!!!

Elizabeth: I do not agree with you one bit. Anyone that has access to the Internet has seen a video or picture of Tom, Katie, and Suri. Even if you don’t log onto any of these celebrity websites, they are in the news making links, etc.
In the past 2-3 days Suri has been in New York and has been in and out of the Carlye hotel and exposed to the photographers cameras flashes, changed outfits, and gotten in and out of cars to have to sit in restarants or dressing rooms, etc. This kid’s patience has been pulled to the limit. She has NEVER waved to a crowd like this or said Hi. She usually squints or turns her head or just stares at the cameras or people looking at her.
When she went to shop at Fred Segal, there is a video on X17Online where Katie and Suri are getting off the SUV and someone’s voice (with a midwest accent) says “careful now, there’s a baby on board”), and Katie has just gotten off the SUV and is about to carry Suri out of the car and into her arms. As she picks her up, someone says Happy Holidays Suri and Suri immediately TURNS her head because she RECOGNIZES the sound of her name and when they repeated again “Suri have a happy holiday” Suri no longer turns around because she is AWARE they are trying to make her turn around.
Clearly, Katie and Tom WANT Suri to look at the camera. In the last outing (where she is wearing the red satin dress) she has LEARNED to TURN AWAY from the camera. If you see pictures of Katie and Tom, it looks like they don’t like it when she turns away or covers her face. They want her face photographed. They want her to be well knows. I read this magazine from Spain and Suri appears in this magazine. This magazine calle Hola resembles Life or Look magazine of the 90’s. A nice, glossely, generously colored magazine and Suri appears in it periodcially. In case you didn’t know it, there is a Scientology center in Madrid, Spain.
And so in these outings, I bet Cruise wants to get MAXIMUM EXPOSURE because he has long term plans for there “golden child.” It makes sense now why the other two kids are not around. This little girl is cute and people go “how cute little Suri is.” The other kids are already teenagers and have probably already outgrown their use. They probably will work for the Scientology movement in some capacity and will be afraid to leave.

I agree that this is new behavior and it comes on the heels of this link where Suri is crying. Clearly Tom Cruise knows that images are lasting and he wants his child and wife to look happy, perfect, achieve things in public like marathon races, rescue people who are stranded on our public highways, and look like winners because then people will associate that winning behavior to…what else Scientology. What a fake!
http://www.splashnewsonline.com/?s=Suri
See the link “Suri as you never seen her before” that is NOT the image they want to portray of Suri. They want the other one, where she is saying “Hi” blowing kisses and generally looking precious.
I bet more and more if she doesn’t do this in public, in private Cruise will pretend to be sad and Suri will ask him “what’s wrong?” and he’ll say “you didn’t smile or say hello to our friends outside.”
I would NOT be surprised if they even had the nanny outside waiting on the sidewalk so that Suri could RECOGNIZE a familiar face and wave to her. This is definitley a new behavior. I am sure it was someone Suri new. She is looking directing at the right side and then blowing a kiss? Wow, that was a big change. They planted that person outside so that Suri could do exactly what she just did.
These people are master planners, the marathon, the beach photos in France, the walks in the German park, zoo, bakery, etc. these were all photo opps.

The photos where Suri is screaming, is because she was demanding her bottle. Someone on this link had mentioned earlier that they counted three different colored top bottled that the kis used in one evening. I’m afraid to say, like I said before, that this Suri Slurry might very well be her staple diet, and she basically doesn’t get to eat much solid food. As a growing 2 year old, and yes, she is too big to be a 20-month old kid, she probably gets hungry all the time. Liquid food only satisfies for a short while. SHe does seem to have weight on her legs though, and she doesn’t appear to be too thin.
Lilianne
Jan 18, 2008 at 7:04 am
I don’t have much to say about Suri being on a bottle still since to me it is very similar to having a pacifier at this age and most find that acceptable. However, it is probably a bad idea if she is getting all of her nutrition from a bottle. But the thing is that we have no way of knowing that she is. Just because we don’t see her munching on crackers on her way out of restaurants or into hotels does not mean she doesn’t eat solid food. It is just speculation and people need to remember that they are not around these parents 24 hours a day looking into their intimate lives so we have NO way to be sure.
The second thing is regarding the video of Suri waving and blowing kisses. This may be strange behavior in some’s opinion and sure..lets blame the parents and say they are exploiting the child. Someone even said that TC and KH probably planted a familiar face in the crowd to get Suri to wave. I find that thought to be quite reaching. I think that some of the posts on this particular thread are a bit over zealous in their tone and content. It reminds me of that moment in the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast when Gaston stands with torch in hand and fires up the mob by screaming…”let’s kill the Beast.” People seem to be almost frothing at the mouth to see this couple fall. To me, it is just as disturbing as people find TC’s and KH’s behavior to be. Pot calling the kettle black anyone? I don’t agree with some of the things these parents do and I think they make poor choices somtimes but give me a break!! A child waving at photographers and blowing kisses, being on a bottle, being taken to fancy restaurants, being out at night, staying up til 11, not having a regular schedule is a FAR cry from neglect and abuse. Put it in perspective people.

If Katie can’t bear to be without her Suri, she should have cut down her hours on this massive publicity junket for this movie. It is not right for her to drag this little child -the majority of the time without warm clothes on- around with her day and night. Why isn’t she given to her nanny so she can sleep snug in a bed while Katie prances about outside by herself to get photographed? The sickening part is that I agree with all who say it just for favorable publicity for her and Tom.

This is from the New York Post -
TOM IN GROUND ZERO TANTRUM
January 18, 2008 — TOM Cruise brands federal officials “liars” and takes credit for saving the lives of hundreds of supposedly poisoned workers at Ground Zero in a wacky new Scientology video.
In the promotional tape, the star states, with a scary gleam in his eye: “A Scientologist is someone who can look at the world and really see what it is . . . and be effective and do something about it and someone who’s not asking permission to do that. Why ask permission? We are the authorities!” See clips from the video HERE.
Next, the video cuts to news footage of the devastation at Ground Zero as cheap action music plays and a cheesy narrator boasts: “And nothing says that better than the Mr. Cruise response [sic] to the wake-up call in the aftermath of 9/11 . . . If he takes a stand, it’s pedal to the metal till the finish line, as in helping New York firemen. He first saw the dust and heard the cough when descending to the ruins, where he bolstered morale among firemen. The devastation had spread an unprecedented combination of toxins through the air - and it was lethal.”
Cruise’s voice kicks back in: “The EPA came out and said the air was clean. Of course, as a Scientologist, you go, ‘That’s a lie, [an] out[right] lie . . .’ You know, you just go, ‘Liar. Fine.’ ”
The narrator then returns to brag how Cruise “personally saw to the establishment of a first New York-covered detox project. And, no, he did not ask permission.”
That detox program, which employs saunas and megadoses of vitamins, has been widely trashed by medical experts, and even Mayor Bloomberg has ripped it, saying, “Reputable scientists do not think Scientology has any basis in science.”
VIDEO: Cruise Fuels Scientology Controversy
An Environmental Protection Agency rep had no comment last night, although the EPA stated after the attack that the air at Ground Zero was safe to breathe.
In another video on the Internet, Cruise is seen receiving a Freedom Medal of Valor from Scientologists. Then he stiffly salutes a giant portrait of church founder L. Ron Hubbard and shouts, “To LRH!”
Cruise, said to be Scientology’s No. 2 man, has been under the microscope all week after another video showed him describing his dedication to the sci-fi-theme faith, ranting, “It’s rough and tumble! It’s wild and woolly! It’s a blast, it’s a blast, it really is fun.” Scientology reps could not be reached.

So much to comment on -
I’m reading the book anf it’s extremely interesting. By the way, Andrew Morton was on Bill O’Reilly’s last night. I had to go to 4 book stores to get it, because they were sold out.
Regarding Ground Zero - I survived 911 - I worked at the twin tower#1, 10th floor. Working at the WTC for many years, many of us knew that the towers contained thousands of batteries (for generating purposes), thousands of gallons of toxic chemicals which were stored, and millions of gold bullions. Christy Todd Whitman, director at that time of the EPA, immediately sent out an announcement that the air quality changed from fair to bad. I knew it and many other people who worked in New York City were told to stay away form the site, unless you wear a protective mask. However, the fire fighters and other workers who tirelessly worked around the clock, at the site, along with the rescue dogs, did not anticipate the toxicity of the air and materials spewn. Cruise needs to go back to LA and find an excuse and purpose for scientolgy there.

Carla: I went to visit New York October 2005 and visited ground zero 2005. I was hard to imagine that these two huge buildings once stood there. This event, 9/11 moved the world and revealed how spread out Al Queda is.
The sad thing about Tom Cruise is that he and Scientology are a fake but they want to take credit for everything. The more people discover how he exagerates a story the more of a joke he will become.
I predict more people will be more interested in reading the Morton book than selling the movie Mad Money.

We have plenty to worry about in the US; the recession, illegal immigrants already here, illegals slipping over the borders who could be terrorists, middle east terrorism, socialized health care, Iranian and Russian aggression, fascism, to name a few. Now Cruise wants us to get closer to the space aliens? He should vist the town in Texas, where as of late, have been reporting 10 sightings a day.

Suri was apparently in good mood when she blew kisses and waved at total strangers, for she was in good mood, for she was apparently released from hunger.
She’s hungry and tired in the past few days’ photo opps, not even a shopping trip to the toy store can bribe her enough to smile or not looking down.
So I guess, TC+KH must have noticed how unappealing those “results” are, and they modify the “treatments” with Suri.
I do think calling Suri a trained monkey degrading, very insulting to professional monkeys.
And I am very suspicious that child sucks her food great mojority of the time. She was sucking bottles in and out of the restaurants, in and out of shops, in and out of Jerry Seinfield’s garage.
Remember one picture of her on TMZ.com? She was holding one bottle in each hand, which means they prepared multiple bottles for her with each outing.
I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that she lives on liquid food at the age of two.

Forgot to mention, she was hungry, tired and COLD!
Look at the pictures that she was in good mood.
She had a coat on and a bottle in hand.
I think they control or train her through hunger, fatigue and cold.
I also looked at pictures of her on KH’s shoulder when she carried her walking in Manhatton at night.
Suri looked so sick and tired and miserable in those pictures.

Katie Holmes - the former star of Dawson’s Creek and the current Mrs. Tom Cruise - will soon be in Nova Scotia. The actress is starring in an adventure comedy called The Other Side, which starts filming in the province this month.
It also features Woody Harrelson, Jason Lee, and Giovanni Ribisi.
Woody H. is definitely not a Scio, but I believe the others mentioned are members. So now Katie will be in “safe” territory. And Suri can wave at the E-meters.

Be afraid, be very afraid. I just googled OT VIII. There is a document/letter from L. Ron that when you reach that level you read. The Scientologists have sued twice and lost and are suing again to be removed. Folks, this is terrifying. It contains the true story. Someone better share it will Smith because his claims about Scientology and the Bible are eerie. According l. ron, the Bible contains parts of the truths. L.Ron mentions Revelations and how Scientology is to be the anti-Christ. In terms of Jesus Christ, he says people are deluded with that myth. Here is what L.Ron calls the truth:
“For those of you whose Christian toes I may have stepped on, let me take the
opportunity to disabuse you of some lovely myths. For instance, the historic
Jesus was not nearly the sainted figure has been made out to be. In addition
to being a lover of young boys and men, he was given to uncontrollable bursts of
temper and hatred that belied the general message of love, understanding and
other typical Marcab PR. You have only to look at the history his teachings
inspired to see where it all inevitably leads. It is historic fact and yet man
still clings to the ideal, so deep and insidious is the biologic implanting.”

Here are some of the things that I have read so far:
1) L. Ron said he would return in another form (AKA Morton’s claim about Suri’s paternity), but this time will be a political leader.
2) Remember Smith’s claims about the Bible, well they were eerily close. L.Ron says Lucifer means ‘light giver’ and says Revelations talks of an anti-Christ called Lucifer. One guess on who L Ron prided himself on who that anti-Chirst is: Scientology.
In terms, of our Saviour, here is what L. Ron had to say: “For those of you whose Christian toes I may have stepped on, let me take the
opportunity to disabuse you of some lovely myths. For instance, the historic
Jesus was not nearly the sainted figure has been made out to be. In addition

Was I afraid when the towers came down? Yes. Am I afraid that terriorists may strike again? Yes. Am I afraid the the end maybe near? No. The end is not revealed to us. All through civilized history, people thought that a specific incident was “the end”. Wasn’t Hitler considered the anti-Christ? No one knows, but I doubt that it’s soon. Einstein said: “I don’t know how WWIII will be fought, but I know that WWIV will be fought with sticks and stones.”

Carla: I never said it was true, but in this day and age people are driving airplanes full of innocent people into buildings because they will get ten thousand v i r g i n s in the next life. People are strapping explosives to themselves and their babies because of some eternal reward. And people who go against Cruise and Scientology are turning up dead.
My point was that if these people believe they are anti-Christ, and by that level they do, and are recruiting more people into it, then we should be afraid. L.Ron talks about those who don’t believe now will REGRET that decision later. Sorry, but it makes me concerned for my safety and my kids. Watch the news about the latest suicide bombing in the Middle East and tell yourself that it is a matter of time before they do that here and you will be scared. The question is will it be Fundamentalist Muslims or Fundamentalist Scientologists.

Carla: He doesn’t have to know more than the theologians. He was not completely stupid, he was shrud and evil and picked up the Bible, a Koran, and the Torah and tried to copy from these books and give them a similiar meaning to whatever book or teaching this cult practices.
There are a lot of people that do not have a clear understanding of their faith. The ones that go to Sunday school get their teachings from that one hour class and IF they are fortunate to have parents that sit down with them during the week or before class to discuss their Sunday school lesson, they are lucky. I am very involved in my church and I have seen this. People then decide to stay or leave the church in their late teens or early twenties and then return usually when they are married and about to have a child. Not all, but there’s a drop of attendance in the age group 18 - 24. Not all, just some.
This is why its so important to TALK to your kids about God. Don’t just rely on their Sunday school teachers (and those are the ones that attend a church), but the REAL SCHOOL is your home. Practice what you preach because kids are sponges, they are great observers.

Battlemama: That posting of the OT VIII “revelation” turned my stomach. How could anyone who believes or once believed in Christianity listen to our Savior be maligned that way? Having seen this document, how could TC have said that you can be both a Catholic AND a Scientologist? There are no similarities between Scientology and ANY true religion. Apples and oranges. It takes more faith to believe in that garbage than to believe in God, Allah or that Elvis is still alive. Hubbard was a lunatic.
You’re so right: plain scary.

Carla: The end doesn’t necessarily mean the end of the world.
I have a sister who was very, very dear to me. On Jan 23, 2004 she went to a doctor’s appointment because the whites of her eyes were turning a light yellow. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I was told this THREE TIMES of her diagnosis because my mind could NOT process what I was hearing. I had many questions “Why did this happen to her?” Why pancreatic cancer when that is considered a man’s disease, most common to people that drink alchol, smoke, etc.? She did not drink alcohol nor smoke. Bottomline, she fought very hard because she loved her three sons. She passed away on May 28, 2005. Cancer does NOT run in my family. The end came for her at a relatively young age. I still can’t believe it but its a reality.
The end could come as the end of the world as we know it or the end of your life. Either way, no one knows the hour or day of either not even the angels in heaven so one has to be on the watch.

‘Robobride Gets Fried
Katie is getting slaughtered by critics for her role in Mad Money – then again, the MiniVan Majority doesn’t listen to critics or people with taste!
New York Post: “And the cinematic comeback of the year award goes to…somebody other than Katie Holmes”…“Holmes, with Alice Cooper hair and crazy Jim Carrey eyes, looks terrible and acts worse, unless this movie is unintentionally a lobotomy documentary…Whatever could have happened to her in the last couple of years to zap the talent out of her like this?”
The New York Times: “The movie’s weakest link.”
Variety: “Holmes is awkwardly upsetting the balance” (between Latifah and Keaton).
Wall Street Journal: “Their heist is only the pretext for jinks that range from medium high (as played out by Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton) to painfully low (as perpetrated by Katie Holmes, who pops her eyes, scrunches her nose and shakes her booty in lieu of acting)”.
It was unanimous all around.
Not to worry. She can pop out Second Sci soon, as part of the new baby boom, and the MiniVan will make everything else go away.’

This is from US:
‘Critics Pan Katie Holmes in Mad Money
Friday January 18, 2008
Kate Holmes is getting harsh reactions from critics in her first return to the big screen since wedding Tom Cruise and welcoming daughter Suri.
“And the cinematic comeback of the year award goes to…somebody other than Katie Holmes,” says a New York Post critic, who calls her new heist comedy Mad Money, co-starring Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton, “the most cringe-making return since Love Boat: The Next Wave.
“Holmes, with Alice Cooper hair and crazy Jim Carrey eyes, looks terrible and acts worse, unless this movie is unintentionally a lobotomy documentary,” the reviewer writes. “Whatever could have happened to her in the last couple of years to zap the talent out of her like this?”
The New York Times says Holmes is “the movie’s weakest link.”
Variety adds that throughout the film “Holmes is awkwardly upsetting the balance” between Latifah and Keaton.
“Their heist is only the pretext for jinks that range from medium high (as played out by Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton) to painfully low (as perpetrated by Katie Holmes, who pops her eyes, scrunches her nose and shakes her booty in lieu of acting),” writes the Wall Street Journal.
Holmes, who seems to have changed a lot since her early days based on her talk show appearances this week, also recently got flak for some questionable style moves in NYC.’

NG:
Sorry for you loss, and she was so young. The doctor’s here in the northeast say that pancreatic cancer is hitting like a sudden epidemic. And this is nationwide, not just in one area of the states. People who never smoked, drank alcohol or did drugs are suddenly becoming victims of this type of cancer. The researchers are looking at food and food packaging as the source. Processed foods like bologna, hot dogs, steak, hamburgers, and the imfamous sodas are becoming suspect. We also digest a lot of foods after heating them in plastic in the microwave and using plastic for our water bottles and other drinks. Everytime we drink from plastic, we digest plastic molecules. The latest studies indicate that we need to drink our water from glass.
When everyone here mentioned getting scared and things are scary, they were referring to what may happen to the masses, not individuals. If homicide bombing starts here, you can mark my words that retailiation will be in order for the middleeast. We are aimed and ready.

However, when she plays herself she’s as nervous as a kid about to receive a vaccine. Sorry, not seasoned acting material. She even says in the radio interview that she’a married the biggest movie star on the face of this earth, or at least that’s how I perceived what she meant to say. “I love Queen Latifah in pretty much anything she has ever done, and Diane Keaton can do no wrong, but let’s face it: Katie Holmes was a sucky address BEFORE she married Tom Cruise and unfortunately his Scientology influence has done nothing to change that. Where’s your magic now, Tommy?
The latest review from Variety states that Katie “upsets the balance” of the movie and has “no defining character of her own.” Yes, they’re talking about the MOVIE, not her life. But you know what they say: life imitates art and all that. Anyway, go back to Dawson’s Creek and show us what you’re good at, Katie: insipid teen dramas that focus on important things, like your FEELINGS.”

Cruise’s Scientology tape is being played on the radio by Glen Beck. HE said Scientology tried to shut it down, but it was deemed news. He said that this is no coinincidence that both the book and these tapes are being released at the same time.
He also said that Morton’s book is nothing but an attack on Scientology, even if it is all true.
Either way, Beck is one of the top radio shows in the nation.
Battlemama
Jan 18, 2008 at 5:52 pm
Glen Beck brought up an interesting point, If Cruise is so ‘proud’ to be a religious ‘zealot’ for Scientology, why is he or the COS suing over this video?
Beck made a movie his Church about his conversion and he said if it was released to the public, he wouldn’t sue because that is who he is. He said it wouldn’t be interesting, but he wouldn’t sue.
So, why is Cruise suing if this is his life?
Also, he said if you want to be a religious zealot, don’t get upset when people avoid you because of that. That is who you are.
Upshot: Why is Cruise so afraid to let the public know who he is and what he believes, especially since this is an important part of him?
For the naysayers and Cruise fans:
Beck did admit that he likes Cruise and his movies and wants to like him, but he said this video was ‘eerily creepy’. He also calls Cruise a zealot. So, he doesn’t have an ax to grind against Cruise.

From the New York Post- A movie review for Mad Money
After all that time this spent this week in New York and the Post gave the movie ONE STAR out of FOUR STARS:
DON’T TAKE THE MONEY, JUST RUN
By KYLE SMITH
Even Sherlock Holmes would have trouble solving the mystery of what happened to the talent of Katie Holmes (right), who co-stars with Queen Latifah (left) and Diane Keaton in “Mad Money.”Mad Money Movie ReviewThe Post’s Kyle Smith takes a look at “Mad Money.”
Rating:
January 18, 2008 — AND the cinematic comeback of the year award goes to . . . someone other than Katie Holmes, whose comedy “Mad Money” is the most cringe-making return since “Love Boat: The Next Wave.”
Holmes, with Alice Cooper hair and crazy Jim Carrey eyes, looks terrible and acts worse, unless this movie is unintentionally a lobotomy documentary. Whatever could have happened to her in the last couple of years to zap the talent out of her like this?
She, Diane Keaton and Queen Latifah play the cleanup crew at the Kansas City Federal Reserve, where worn-out money is fed into shredders.
Apparently the whole operation is guarded by a $4 lock, and all three women are allowed to wheel carts piled with bales of money with no more surveillance than the kind Duane Reade uses to scrutinize the Listerine shelf.
Keaton’s wealthy husband (a gray Ted Danson) has been laid off, leaving the pair $286,000 in debt. Her degree is in Comp Lit, so naturally the only job open to her is cleaning toilets at the Fed. (Applying for a white-collar position, she says, “A drug test? What kind of drugs would I have to take?”)
As for her husband, what was his job? How did he lose all that money? The script can’t bother with details or character because it’s in a hurry to deliver broken wordplay like this: “I’m no longer the breadwinner. I don’t bring home the bacon. I produce no green.” Er, green doesn’t fit, not that the line would be any funnier if it were, “I’m not earning any lettuce.”
Latifah, a single mom who needs money to get her son out of his grim public school, helps Keaton forge a plan to steal the currency that’s slated to be destroyed anyway, so it won’t be missed, and sneak it out of the building in their underwear. “I’ll bet Victoria never had this particular secret,” says Latifah, stuffing her bra.
Holmes, meant to be the ditzy young thing they bring onboard because no one will suspect her, is inept at comedy, and the closest we get to wit is a clip of Jim Cramer’s CNBC show. It’s also called “Mad Money,” - does that give you the giggles?
As the vastly improbable plot plays out and an ain’t-this-funny score claws at your eardrums, director Callie Khouri, the formerly acclaimed screenwriter of “Thelma and Louise,” achieves a level of overall drabness suggesting Saturday afternoon at your local Wal-Mart, in whose $2.99 bins you will soon be finding the DVD of this movie.
MAD MONEY
Bad movie.
Running time: 104 minutes. Rated PG-13 (sexual references, profanity, drug references). At the 84th Street, the Magic Johnson, the Kips Bay, others.

The movie was only 6 million, it is a caper movie, not a money grabber, it has already made 2.3 million on the opening night. My guess is that it will make its budget over the weekend. Over all, it will make over 40 million and that is what this inmdustry is about, making back your money.

”……….Latifah is reliably good. She’s at her best when forced to be defensive, and the movie keeps her back against the wall. Holmes is likable and shockingly funny. She has a face for comedy. The hilarious snake dances she does while scooping bills off a cart suggest she has a body for it, too. In fact, this character seems like such a mess Holmes should be the only choice to play Britney Spears in “Oops! I Did It Again” or whatever they’ll call the tragic farce about Spears’s life…………….”

From perezhilton:
“Being associate with overzealous Scientologist Tom Cruise has affected Katie Holmes’ perception with American movie-going audiences.
The former sweet and normal girl next door’s new movie, Mad Movie, is BOMBING at the box office in the U.S. this movie.
Holmes’ “comeback” is proving to be anything but. Reviewers have savaged her performance in the film, and the movie is projected to make an extremely disappointing $6 - 7 Million for the Friday - Sunday weekend.
Cloverfield, on the other hand, had a HUGE debut. That flick is expected to have a $44 - $48 Million opening.
And Katherine Heigl is now OFFICIALLY a movie star that can open a movie. The Grey’s Anatomy star’s latest film, 27 Dresses, is on track to have a $20 Million opening. That comes hot on the success of her last movie, this past summer’s Knocked Up.
Katherine Heigl is the new Reese Witherspoon!”
It will make the money back, but it is still a flop. That is what the business is about: How much it brings in the coffers!!! $6 million opening weekend is NOT something you would expect from a wannabe A-list actress. Most b-list actresses can bring in more than this opening weekend.
