Video of Katie Holmes at Joan’s on Third
Katie Holmes had lunch at Joan’s on Third with some mystery date. I wonder if it was a business or social lunch. Hmmmmm. Katie is wearing a very bright yellow jacket. Yellow jackets must be in because Eva Longoria was wearing one just the other day too. Mental note: buy yellow jacket for the spring.
The photographers went absolutely NUTS when Katie came out of the restaurant. I wonder what that must feel like? Something I will never know and never want to find out. I get overwhelmed when I walk in my own house and my kids tackle me. :D

Wow. The video makes a difference. Looks like Princess Di used to look surrounded like that. Would be kind of scary I imagine. The papps seemed a bit too aggressive. It does seem like this Joan’s on Third is kind of like the Ivy tho a place where people get photographed.

I get what you mean Julie. She seems like she has learnt to handle it gracefully. You must learn or you go nuts.
Thanks Julie for being more postive than Leora she had turned nasty like those ‘anonymous’ commenters. Most fans deserted the site for more fun Tomkat sites without hateful commenters.

@concerned mom - I can’t imagine being in an environment like that. It reminds me of Princess Di too. I miss her. :(

I just watched this video and I feel bad for Katie that she can’t even eat lunch without someone in her face. I actually feel bad for all celebrities that they have to go through this. Even if someone courts the publicity they still don’t deserve to have this much intrusion in their lives.
I do like the yellow jacket but I could never wear it because that color is terrible on me.

I would never be a celebrity for the life of me. I would have thrown it the towel if I had to go through what they go through every day. I guess you learn how to handle it. Katie is doing it like a pro. But I guess she misses the life where you walked around the block and only one or two fans asked to an autograph or waved.
I am not sure about the color of the Jacket. May be spring is going to be yellow but yellow is not my fave color either. I like Katie in red or soft pink, they look very nice on her.

oh please — i’d bet that tommy’s publicist let the paps know that katie was at this restaurant so they would be sure to get photos. i also seriously doubt that katie misses NOT being recognized — that’s the whole point of being a celebrity. if she really wanted the life that she had pre-tommy, she could have easily retained it. WHERE IS NG GUYS?
