Tom Cruise Tops Forbes Power List
Am I the only person to be a bit terrified by this? Tom Cruise is a major wacko and he’s the most powerful Celebrity? I’m SO scared!
This isn’t the first time Tom topped the list though, he also did it in 2001.

With an estimated income of $67 million last year, Cruise wasn’t the top earner, but his couch-hopping antics on The Oprah Winfrey Show, his dismissive comments about Brooke Shields’s postpartum depression and his whirlwind romance with Katie Holmes worked to his advantage in the past 12 months. Ok I get it now. To be most powerful you need to knock up a young starlet (wrecking her career), jump on Oprah’s couch and insult medicated crazy people. It’s quite an interesting equation and I don’t quite get how it makes someone powerful.
