by the way, you might wanna google up the FACT that
Nicole Kidman was pregnant twice during their marriage and claimed Tom the father. She even had it published that she kept the fetus to prove any time that she had not been unfaithful to him.
So, either you are lying and desperately holding onto the rumor about Toms sterility or Nicole K is a lying whore, and a stupid one on top of it. She kept the fetus (from another man!) to prove anytime that she had indeed cheated on her husband?? Right! And ppl wonder why he left that unfaithful marriage breaker.
But thing is, Nicole K is not stupid and her comments should hold more credibility than tabloids. The reason why Tom walked out on her was because she became vocal about NOT loving Scientology by 2000. Guess what, the divorce papers flew into her lap a couple months later and got final in 2001. It´s one thing to NOT love Scientology while married to a member, it´s a whole different piece of baggage to make it public, Scientology has a rule of shunning family mmebers for that and that´s why Nicole was kicked out the Cruise household.
She even admitted she hadn´t told Tom about her pregnancy until AFTER he filed for divorce because she wasn´t sure about being pregnant then.
However, it did NOT win him back because Scientology hates critics and Nicole had become one.
Sorry for bringing Scientology into this but it had to be said.

Nicole also made snide remarks at Tom and claimed to seek a reconciliation while attending a catholic church and saying how she could wear high heeled shoes now and how she was not a naturally monogamous woman (who can actually believe that Nic is a passionate woman? She is such a cold fish.). Frankly, I think she also cheated that is why she kept the foetus to prove that it was Tom’s and though it was, it does not prove that she did not cheat.
She married Keith to beat Tom to the Altar and look at their marriage now.

I personally think Tom and Nicole divorced because of Scientology and her career but I don’t think anybody cheated.
I think I read somewhere that Nicole was into Scientology for a while but she started to pull away from the religion and stopped going to the church and become more vocal about not being one, which must have upset Tom being that he is very devoted to the religion and he always said he wanted to be with a Scientology and his whole family are…Once he was asked why they divorced, he said she knows why and she is the mother of my children, and I wish her well…I think its definitely something she did or didn’t do but I don’t think she cheated.
She herself told vanity fair that I quote the “break up was because of her desire to be seen as a serious actress led to the demise of her marriage. Only now, when she has critical success, has realized what a high price she has had to pay.” I felt I didn’t deserve to be there in my own right, and throughout I wasn’t there as Nicole, I was there as Tom’s wife. I didn’t have to have this huge career. And this makes me sad, but I would probably choose a marriage and an intact family over my career. But I think I had to choose. I think (the marriage) would have come down to it. I suppose it wasn’t meant to be.”
This is a woman who to this day says she is still in love with him. So I don’t think she cheated. overall I think the reason was because of her choosing career over family and Tom’s religion.

She was kept from the photogs for so long because she is not a photogenic baby, and becuase they had to hide the fact that she is three months older than what age she is portrayed to be.

It doesn’t matter what you Helen, or anyone else thinks. It would have ruined Katie’s puritanical image to be knocked-up before she meets the “man of her dreams”. Actually, she’s finding out that he’s a nightmare, but that’s besides the point. So, virgin Katie is already preggos by who knows, and Tommy boy finds the perfect match. SHe pretends he’s the father, and he pretends to be able to father a child and all is well. The weird looking baby has been walking since their shortened honeymoon, and is now running unassisted, one month before turning it’s proverbial 12th month birthday. Tsk, Tsk. Suri was photographed with scuffed hard sole shoes on, and pushing her mom away, like she was trying to get down and walk, not quite normal behavior for a 7 month old
Also in the recent video Katie looks like she’s trying to hold her back, not “guide” her along and if you notice, the kid steps up onto the steps with no problem, like she’s been walking up stairs for quite awhile. Actions of a 10 month old who’s just learning to walk?

Commmon Sense dictates that the weird baby has been walking for many months now and is practically an expert at running and walking up and down steps. What interests me is the hairdo they give that weird looking baby. Her stringy hair is always flowing in her eyes and covering her farhead, and she has sideburns. libraloser, I am not suprised Tom will be travelling with his wife and kids but I doubted that he will be on her movie set every day, since he is a busy person with movies and studio to run. And I remember saying that Katie herself was on the set of M:I 3 so what is the big deal.
I also remember Nicole Kidman saying the secret of their 10 years marrage was that they only spent a few days apart and always traveled together.

Mrs. G, that’s too bad, the Playboy Jazz festival is awesome, and they used to do this thing where they’d play Bugs Bunny cartoons and the orchestra would play the music, it was GREAT
and the fireworks shows are outstanding, it’s really pretty up there, she could still go to Griffith Park
She may even see some celebs there!!! They walk they’re dogs etc.

I loved the Bugs cartoon of him singing with the opera singer in the Hollywood Bowl. My second favorite behing “Bully for Bugs”. In that one he is a matador in Spain. Fantastic stuff!
I am not sure if he will want to star gaze as we live in Austin and have our share of the famous here. Not too much paparazzi. Austin is quite laid back. I used to work as a waitress at a 24 hour deli on 6th. I got to wait on quite a few famous folks while they were under the influence of alcohol. Most of them were really nice and fairly good tippers. Best tip from a star… Lou Diamond Phillips (a b-lister, I admit) His table of 6 left me 50%. Nicest guy to wait on … Forrest Whittaker while he was here filming Hope Floats. I didn’t wait on them personally but Denzel Washington and Martin Sheen were both super nice to the wait staff.

Helen, from today onwards whatever we do, however goaded we ignore thse losers and no breaking the rule. I know I used to enjoy outing them but it has gotten boring and tiring. I see they enjoy each other’s company. Birds of a feather.
Now about the stalker, I didn’t hear about her. Though I wish I was her. Ha ha ha! I swear I have to meet Tom Cruise one day and talk to him. I saw him at the opening of MI 3 at leister square and I was so excited. I hope he comes to London for LFL when it opens.

I rarely take interest in stars who lost my favour but that Article got me worried about the children.

I don’t have too many juicy stories but I have seen a few drunk stars poured into cabs. I did get to see the police called to escourt one star out of the bar. I was sent into the bathroom to wake up someone famous. Nothing to racy but fantastic fun when you are a starstruck 20 something. They are memories I will always cherish. (Slight sarcasm on that last sentence.)
It has been pleasant chatting with you. I should get back to my, oh so tedious, job.

I never really care for Brad Pitt even before. I just find him really boring and I saw Meet Joe Black and I hated him in that film. I don’t know what people see in him but I guess everyone is different.

Well, I kinda found him s**y, ofcourse before I discovered he was so p**sywhipped. Actually I keep away from him so I don’t get angry at him. When he got with Angelina I was for them at first because I believed they had done nothing while he was till married. Now am not so sure. Have you seen Shiloh, she is not pretty is she? But then Angelina used not to be pretty before surgery.

You know I believe in karma too and after every one dismissing those pictures in Vanity fair magazine as photo shopped and the baby Asian, I could not believe it when at the wedding she was so gorgeous and looked so like Tom and eas so cool with the photogs. I remember my friends commenting that, it was typical Tom for everything to go without a bleep for such a big wedding. Look how Liz Hurley’s ended in a fiasco in India!
She is such a cool little super star even at such a young age she knows that she is famous. I could swear she waved to the crowd!

The show was called Angeline Jolie - Saint Or Sinner? And there were commentary from people who knew her and her ex-girlfriend was on it too and basically it was all about her life and how wild she was, about her charity work, her relationship with her brother, father…and Brad Pitt. Most of the people who were asked including the ex-girlfriend said they won’t last and someone gave their relationship 1 year.
I think they will probably last unless Brad wakes up.

We don’t know what goes on in their lives but from what I’ve seen or read they don’t seem to go together but the main thing is they are happy. I do not give a damn about what people say about Tom Cruise apart from if it is untrue, unfair or malicious. That is why I liked this site even though it was satirical about Tomkat in the beginning.

I am still a bit sad that Helen and Anne view me as a loser and possibly the enemy as I have had made no unkind remarks to or about them or about Mr. Cruise.
Also, I am confussed as to the point of writing “ignoring losers”. It seems odd but I suppose it is a tad like putting your fingers in your ears and saying “la, la, la, la, la”.
In any case I shared the loser story with my friends over beers tonight and they got a kick out of it.
I picked up a gossip magazine in the checkout line at the grocery tonight. I feel a new kinship to Mr. Cruise since I have met (all be it, electronically) some of his biggest fans this week.
An un-named source (you can never trust those) claims they (Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes) were having “a heated discussion” at their son’s basketball game. There was also a poll in which 78% of those asked think Scientology will break up the Cruise/Holmes marriage.
Those gossip magazines are a hoot. Do the “reporters” sit around a table and pick one of themselves to be the “un-named source” that week? They are such trashy fun.
One last question…
Wasn’t Ms. Holmes quoted as saying she was a traditional girl and would change her name to Kate Cruise after she married?
I remember this because my mom and giggled at the “traditional girl” line as she was 8 months pregnant and unmarried at the time. I don’t think there is anything wrong with being unmarried and pregnant but it is not what is customarily thought of as “traditional”.

Mrs Guttman, I explained my criteria for ignoring people or their posters. If someone behaves like they are 4 years old and their primary objective in life is to trash and spew hate on Tom and Katie even without hearing the other side,then I really have nothing to say to them and ignoring them is the best way to enjoy the site otherwise I would have quit like many have done.
How do you not ignore a character who says Suri is 15 months but was born in January? Moreover we saw Katie atleast twice or thrice a week in Jan? Tha Suri was concieved in Late April but is not Tom’s when Tom was with Katie at the time? What do you respond to such stupidity? I think ignoring such people is the best answer.
Satire and humour are the reasons why I came to this site. I enjoyed webmistess’ digs at Tomkat because they were borne out of humour and not hate. I do not think Tom and Katie are gods, far from that but I do not have to put up with unfair hatred that does not benefit me at all since am not about to stop being a fan of Tom Cruise.
I believe the purpose of being a fan is for fun so if am not having fun out of a post, I ignore it and that is my prerogative.

All this is well and good, but it does not change the fact the name calling is silly and hateful. Hate is what you claim to be opposed to. Answering hate with hate has never worked.
Maybe you are correct about all you believe in terms of your favorite stars and maybe you are wrong. There is no way for anyone to know for sure. So perhaps everyone should lighten up just a bit about Mr. Cruise and his life.
Have a bit of fun and don’t be so serious. But fun can remain polite.

Mrs Guttman, I cannot add much to what Leah has said. Again if you had been on this site for longer, you would uderstand where we are coming from to insult someone like Libraesque. She also went to Babyrazzi.com and was a nuisance, even there people resorted to either insulting or ignoring her.
Like Leah, I have enjoyed the humour and sarcasm on the site and hopefully if you stop bringing up scientology amd telling us unoriginal stories about Tom’s se*uality and broken marriage, we will get on fine.
I won’t lie, I love Tom and I enjoy everything Tomkat, from PDAs to the soccer games. I also laugh at them at times. I would understand if they annoy you, they would annoy me if I wasn’t their fan. What I can’t stand is bigotry and hatred and the desire to ruin a career Tom has made for the last almost 30 years.
Lets see how far we go with this ‘truce’.

I see that everyone is still at it again. I’m still not going to make any personal attacks on anyone, because that’s stupid. I think the way I want to think, and the Londoners can think the way they want. In America, we do have freedom of speech and we do respect others for their different opinions. With that said, Tom Cruise is gay who shoots blanks from having mumps in is early teens, who found a beard, and hides behind someone else’s weird-looking kid. ANd I admire LIBRAESQUE for standing up to an individuals’ beliefs.

We don´t talk Scientology because we DON`T care discussing it on here!
But Helen, Leah, Anne: please take it from me as a fellow fan, Scientology is NOT a religion but an organization that´s controlling its members and force them to shun own family members for dare leaving. Even John Travolta has warned people off it. Hugh Jackman said he asked him about it and John told him he doesn´t need it. He can´t leave beacuse they blackmail him, that´s a known fact. Same for Tom Cruise. That´s all I´m gonna say about this. Please do not defend a dangerous cult just to make a point about loving TomKat.
The Xenu story (who is, by the way, not their god but an enemey to them) is the least of their problems.
Tom is a great actor and Katie showed potential in PIECES OF APIRL and GO. Suri is a cute little girl and even if she might not be Tom´s child by bloodline, I am not gonna slam a baby just because I disagree with actions of her father or said-to-be father.
The reason why I for one start attacking Libraesque is because she treats all tabloids claims and rumors about TomKat as fact to believe at face value.
While at the same time, she came after me (and others) for citing tabloids in regards to Brad and Angelina, calling us names for taking tabloids as actual sources, then doing the same when she “proves” her point regarding Tom. A bit on the hypocritical site.
I would even admit that she made some good points to me, but by acting all arrogant about it and not accepting anything else than her own opinon, not even considering it, doesn´t win her any friends. We bring up tabloid stories about those she defends to be “better than Tom and Katie” to give back to her. She´s not the only one who gets to choose which is true and which is not. So far, none of her “facts” have actually had any back-up so far.

bumblebee, I’m not trying to defend Scientology but I believe its a free world and everyone is entitle to believe in anything they want including an organization and I’m not going to criticize them for it.
One question when did Hugh Jackman said that? If the religion is as controlling and dangerous as some of you are saying I don’t think John Travolta will be going around telling people you don’t need it when in fact its a well know fact that celebrities do recruit for the cult including Tom Cruise and John Travolta. I also saw an interview of John this weekend and he doesn’t sound like a guy who wants to leave…if that was the case he would have chosen not to speak about it but his face actually lighted up when asked about it and made it sound very interesting…maybe they are asked to do that but never heard that he wanted to leave or spoke negativity about it.

I doubt he lighted up about Scientology. I think he agrees with the silent birth (no words spoken) and some of Scientology´s good tenets. If they wouldn´t have them, nobody would join in the first place. It´s the people at the top who are problematic. I guess that´s true with all religions though. At least Scientologists don´t go around and commit terror attacks.

However, this doesn´t stop me from being a fan of Tom Cruise. I chose him for his work, not his belief. I got favorites of all kind of religions. I just have a beef with ppl who accuse fans of adopting everything in the life of their favorite actors or other celebs. That´s stupid and get´s tiring as that is the ONLY aspect of Tom that I do not like and this is very well possible for fans, the majority of an actors fanbase doesn´t care about that. No matter which religion, once they start preaching, they get backlash. Even catholics.
Despite popular belief: it IS possible to separate the actor from the Scientologist Tom Cruise. Tom hasn´t talked about it in almost a year, time to let the harrassing over it go. He was ASKED about it, didn´t force it onto everyone.
He´s got a right to think the way he thinks about prescription drugs etc. (just like ppl have the right to dislike Scientology) and it has nothing to do with religion only. There are non-Scienos out there who share his opinion, some of which are victims of mistreatment by psychiatry.

there were rumors around that Katie would change her name but no such thing was ever confirmed so far. In fact, Tom himself has repeatedly referred to her as “KatIE” in the last time. I doubt she´ll change her name and write this off as another “control freak Tom” story until I see evidence to the contrary

I totally agree with your comment #161. I think everyone is entitled to believe whatever they want, even if it’s wrong. And we shouldn’t attack or judge someone because of their believe. If Scientology is helping Tom then good for him, as a fan nobody has to agree with that but I respect him as an actor and he seems to be a decent human being so I think people should let him live his life as he see fit. He does not owe us anything.

Scientology is not a religion, it is a cult and it is not the first cult, infact, there millions of cults in the US alone today who do bizzare things. Yes sometimes I get the feelings that they exploit Tom and Travolta, like when they called Tom their christ when they knew it would expose him to ridicule and yet he was in no postition to rebutt it.
Having said that, he is a big boy, he knows what to do if he feels trapped. If he wants he can stop being the self appointed face of the cult. You also have to agree that celebrity members of scientology have a good track record in hollywood. The have the least scandles and most of them are family oriented with a good head on their shoulders.
