Tom Cruise in Top Gun Shape

Some pictures of Tom Cruise with his shirt off surfaced a few months ago and I wouldn’t say he looked fat, but he wasn’t his usual trim self. Sources (meaning The Star…yeah I know how extremely reliable they are) are saying that in just a little over a month, Tom has gotten back in shape.

“He is trying to get back into the kind of shape that had women drooling when he took off his shirt in Top Gun,” says an insider. “And his good friend David Beckham is helping him achieve his goal.”

Tom’s workout includes treadmill running, weight training and fencing lessons, all at Tom’s home gym. He’s also on a special strict low-calorie diet. His diet includes grilled chicken and fish with lots of vegetables, salad and fruit. Supposedly Tom saw these pictures of himself and wanted to get back into shape.
