Tom Cruise in New York without Suri and Katie
Tom still isn’t home with his soon to be wife Katie (Kate) Holmes and daughter Suri Cruise. I can’t believe he’s staying away from them for so long. I really wonder if Katie asked him to leave…
TOM CRUISE storms the Big Apple today in a mega-’M:i:III’ blitz, and ET is with him every step of the way!
First off, the new dad hits MTV’s "TRL" in Times Square at 3:30 p.m. Next, Tom arrives via motorcycle at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center to greet more fans and sign autographs. The third stop has Tom arriving in a sports car at the AMC Magic Johnson Theater at 125th Street and Frederick Douglas. And the final part of his whirlwind New York blitz finds Tom at the Ziegfeld Theatre for the Manhattan premiere of the movie!
Earlier in the week, Tom brought excitement south of the border in Mexico City, and before that he bounced around Europe, with stops that included Paris, Rome and London. It all started just a week after he made headlines with his bride-to-be KATIE HOLMES about giving birth to their baby daughter, SURI.
In Rome, Tom told our JANN CARL he got the seal of approval from Katie to promote his new blockbuster around the globe, and that if something happens he’ll be on a plane home at a moment’s notice to be by his fiancée’s side.
Then, the superstar was off to the U.K. for the London premiere, where he made an extra-special stop in the crowd to wish an 80-year-old woman a happy birthday — with a kiss on the cheek! "Her grandson had her on his shoulders," Tom told Jann with his trademark grin. "She’s cool."
Tom also told Jann that having Suri in his life with Katie is "absolute bliss — she’s sleeping, and so happy and healthy, and everything that you’d want."
After London came the City of Lights for Mr. Cruise. In classic ‘Mission’ style, Tom arrived in a black helicopter at the Paris premiere, with the film’s logo emblazoned on the side.
"It is so much fun," Tom told Jann about the air ride, adding that the crowd looked "huge." So, what has the star been up to between premieres? Sleeping — and shopping!
"I came with the kids [CONNOR and ISABELLA] and we were just hanging out; I got up and we went shopping," he told Jann in Paris.
‘Mission: Impossible III’ hits theaters May 5 and stars PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN, JONATHAN RHYS MEYERS, MICHELLE MONAGHAN, KERI RUSSELL, LAURENCE FISHBURNE and MAGGIE Q. Via Et Online

1 opinion for Tom Cruise in New York without Suri and Katie

I cannot believe it, is Katie that foolish? I read Katie is leaving Tom to go back to Ohio for awhile to live with her parents. I sure hope this is true for her sake and Suri. Come on Katie, it is time to grow up and see the true Tom Cruise. She needs to stop living in this fantasy world for her daughter’s sake.
