Tom Cruise Gives Young Star Advice

High School Musical 3 star Vanessa Hudgens has entered the spotlight of Hollywood thanks to the success of the HSM franchise. She recently talked about getting advice on dealing with this life in the spotlight. It was none other than Tom Cruise who had some words of wisdom to share with her.

She said, “I was actually talking to Tom Cruise. He was so sweet and such a nice guy… just telling me there isn’t much that you can do, it’s just part of your life now, So you have to accept it.”

Vanessa also said that Tom is a role model for her and that she looks up to him. I’d say Tom is well-equipped to give spotlight advice. He’s just in the news, in the magazines and blogged about a few hundred times a week. He seems to be following his own advice and just accepting it.
