  I think she looks good too, but what’s with the ill fitting dresses lately and I HATE the flats! Sure when she’s in heels she towers over Tom and looks stupid, but this looks equally terrible. They just don’t ever look good together no matter what she wears.

  wow- flats? too-o-o-o flat and too small/short for her feet. Also-the feet show the damage already from all those stillettoes at all kinds of inappropriate times. (bunion surgery in the future!). She’s got the whole toga look goin’ on- only in black…I’m surprised her handlers allowed her to go out in that. I liked the make-up artist’s work better at the Berlin premiere.

  i know smartgurl23 will think katie holmes looks good even in a glad garbage bag sac, and she’s entitled to; however, i’m entitled to my opinion that katie somehow screws up every outfit with poor posture and poor taste. i know she’s got stylists — but somehow she doesn’t have the fashion flair nor the body that nicole kidman, angelina jolie, nor victoria beckham have. those women know how to stand, pose and wear flattering clothes, and simply, katie just doesn’t get it. the whole look that can pull it off. i guess it takes aesthetic talent or taste to pull that off, not just tom’s credit card!

  Katie Holmes competed in the New York City marathon on Sunday. Her husband Tom Cruise was there to cheer her on and said she had been training for three months. Cruise said Holmes was “very inspired.”
  “I’m good, but I’m feeling very tired,” Holmes said after the 26.2 miles marathon.
  Holmes wasn’t the only celebrity figure participating in the marathon; Lance Armstrong also competed. The 6 time tour de France winner also said the marathon was difficult.

  Something is fishy. I checked two different web sites, and her name did not appear up to the last time that I checked, and that was 10:00 am. If you look at the time that I last posted here, it was 9:49, and her name was not registered then. I checked that web site just now and her name does appear.

  Why would someone who trained 3 months, wait until the last minute before registering? And the winner ran in 2 hours. Katie took over 5 hours. I guess the old adage applies here: Those who can act, do and those who can’t, run a marathon.

  this site said she registered under a fake name so as to not draw attention/paps. She has been running for exercise for years- helps release endorphins-she runs instead of taking antidepressants which of course she is not allowed to do :).

  Look at TC- looks like he doesn’t like not being the center of attention :P egomaniac! plus- he is responsible for Suri and he can’t even dress her properly for the weather (bare legs and he has a heavy coat on!) (or size for that matter-look at her coat sleves) and can’t you even comb her hair! geeze, another indicator he didn’t want the kid(s) for himself- just for his image. :P

  i’m gonna choose to believe she actually ran. in that case, i think it’s great! something positive to say for once! it’s good that she has something to do besides shopping. still, think it’s freakish for tom to have kissed her DURING the marathon. at the end, yeah, of course, it’s understandable, but a while into the race????

  I like what d-listed said about the premiere. Only Will Smith and Beckham showed up and they commented that the wives (BFF Posh and Cruise supporter Jada) are so sick of these two that they found away to get out, where the husbands couldn’t. There is also a shot KH looking soooooo sickingly admiringly in love at D. Beckham.

  I alos liked the article about Cruise’s mom. That she would smile through all catastrophe. I am curious too about the things she could tell about Cruise. Maybe that is why he keeps Mom on a short leash too. There may be a contract there–unlimited access to Suri, live-in, credit cards, taken out for premieres, awards for being a mentor, etc in exchange for silence.

  mama, she did look like she was mad crushin on Becks, I saw that photo.
  tc introduced all his family to $cientology and they all bought into it….otherwise they would be viewed by their gravy train as “suppressive people” and would be cut off.
  I guess the only one that didn’t buy it was the g a y midgets mothers husband. She left one day to come to LA to visit….and never went back…..never called anyone of her friends, and the husband is stumped………one friend said it was like she died….they just never heard from her again
  Now if that isn’t bizarre…….

  Libra- so you heard that about TC’s mother too huh- I have a distant relative who bought a home in FL a few years ago and was talking to her neighbor-seems this neighbor was a previous neighbor of TC”s mother- same story- TC asked her to come out to LA- she liked what she was offered- never when back to FL- no calls, no letters no “kiss my a s s”- nothing- AND dropped “not-rich” hubby (or live in bf-I forget) like a hot potato.
  ALSO- I’ve probably written this here before but this neighbor also said “Gay? of course he is- it was just a known fact here”. I also wonder if there is more of a connection to his adopted kids- did anyone besides me read somewhere that they were BOTH born in FL???

  I don’t think a lot of movies are doing well right now. Most of the normal world is trying to work hard to pay for food and gas as the prices keep rising. Also, if you read the news, there are many who are facing foreclosure on their homes in the next year.
  Maybe TC better come out of la-la land and pay attention and stop saying the idiotic things he does: “I am just like the average person.” while is his wife is shopping in Paris, has a new expensive outfit for all everyday, and big jewels on her fingers for every day use.
  Also, stop trying to ram Scientology down people’s throats!! It is a major turn off. It is one thing to say this is what I believe and quite another to treat others like their dumb for not doing what you want.

  I guess we will see more of PR baby in the future!!

  I have to agree…..heavy movies are not dong well, while comedies like Knocked Up are….people need to escape……..maybe Mad Money will surprise at the box office after all!!!!

  And YES she looks absolutely stunning in that pic…..such a beautiful girl……and her beauty next to tc just makes him look more and more like a ridiculous aging d o u c h e.

  She looks stunning, when she wears makeup, but in reality, she’s none but the plainest looking girl I’ve ever seen, from Toledo, Ohio. I’m also starting to feel sorry for her cute but weird-looking troll kid. I mean, in every picture of Suri, we see the same elements: blanket, shoes off, infant nurser in hand, and later sucking on fingers. Do you think these rich idiots could feed this kid real food?
