Tom and Katie Increase Security After Death Threats

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have supposedly received death threats and have had to increase their security. They have received threats against their lives, as well as their daughter’s Suri Cruise. The threats come from those who are opposed to Scientology, as well as threats from those who angered by his portrayal of Claus von Staffenberg in the new film ‘Valkyrie’.
This rumor continues to get even more strange sounding. The couple has allegedly built a $10 million bunker at their Colorado home. This advice was given to them by good friends David and Victoria Beckham, who have received threats also.
An insider said, “Tom is terrified. He doesn’t feel safe anywhere. He and Katie know the Beckhams have had to live in the shadow of similar threats and have asked them for advice on how to cope. They have had to take the threats seriously. Unfortunately there are plenty of cranks out there – particularly in LA.”
This sounds like a scene from the big screen rather than the real lives of Tom and Katie, but who knows. There are some crazies in this world and if my family’s life was being threatened, I would take some serious action.
I hope this story is just a big fat rumor and that no one is actually threatning little Suri. So sad if it’s true.

I adore this family, and think anyone that would attempt to threaten high profile people like them is just asking for a jail term! Katie and Tom put themselves out there because it is part of their business, people need to leave them alone.
Its sad to hear news like that with other things happening in the world now!!!! It dose not matter what religion you are they are other worst things in life. I wish them all well!!

Smells like a publicity stunt. Can’t imagine anybody going out of their way to kill Tom or his family for Scientology or a movie character. In any case, I still hope it isn’t true and that they won’t be harmed.
Not believing this one. I am anti-sci but would not wish harm on anyone. Tom has been quite paranoid about security since he got into the higher levels on the ‘bridge’ surrounding himself with guards, drivers and if it is to be believed bomb proof vehicles.
Also, Katie is still lugging Suri all over the place, to the theater, etc and stops and signs autographs with Suri. If there was a real security issue, I don’t think that would be happening.

don’t believe this one either, I’ve seen pics of Katie signing autographs holding Suri too, Idon’t think she would do that if there was a threat and also the news paper article came from the English Sun or Daily Mail or something, that says it all.
