Nicole Kidman Drinking While Pregnant Rumor
There was a nasty rumor going around that Tom Cruise’s ex wife Nicole Kidman was drinking at the Oscars. This of course would be horrible if it were true considering she’s pregnant.
Nicole’s reps deny the rumors and are shocked at the allegations:
“Nicole Kidman most certainly did NOT drink white wine or any other alcoholic beverage backstage. She had water and lemon zinger tea,” Source
Thank goodness!

That annoys me! I do not even follow Nicole closely and I can tell you she was not drinking at the Oscars… she is not stupid! And one glass of wine now and then while pregnant is not a big deal, but she would not do it there, after everything she has been through with her husband. It was obviously a slow news day to start a rumor mill like that! Wish her all the best.

It seems to me KH is wants to start the pregnancy rumors wearing a dress like that. Her hair styling a makeup is non existent and she looks terrible. She really looks about 40. Yuk!

Ha..ha..ha. This is really funny. How desperate Camp Fruit Loop has become. Tom (and Katie) and Katie are just trying to make it look like Nicole was responsible for the miscarriage’s she had during their marriage by trying to insinuate that she has a drinking problem. Katie’s pissed because Nicole announced her pregnancy before the opening of MM. I suppose they think that since Keith had some substance abuse problems, that can convince everyone that Nicole and Keith are alcoholics.
When will the two freaks learn that this kind of attack on Nicole and Keith does nothing but backfire on the freaks.

bumblebeej: If they wanted to start the preganancy rumors that would explain why Katie is dressed like that (no makeup and very casual and braless), but what is Cruise’s excuse? These two
look like they are either depressed, worn out, or something is not right because they are always concerned with their appearance. In a way I am glad that Suri is MIA because at least they have stoped pimping her out but who KNOWS how that little girl spends her days. You figure she can’t watch TV, or play with kids that are not part of the COS, etc., and so it must be an isolated life for her. She is probably going through subliminal training courses now. There are 24 hours in a day and if you don’t have a lot to do that is a long day. But I am almost certain of one thing, they have her on some kind of treadmill or lifting weights to make sure she doesn’t gain weight.

I think Camp Cruise is trying to fuel the pregnancy rumors going around: Katie buying baby clothes, the article on one of the rags about KH having ‘that glow’ and ‘gaining 10 lbs.’, pushing out her bony body like she has a bump, etc. I think they are also trying to make Nic look bad because things are going well for Nic and not them.
Someone better remind Ms. Holmes that the experts have come back and said her large cups of expressos from Starbucks can harm the unborn baby too. I thought Scientology had a thing against chemical dependence. Yes, people are addicted to caffiene.
It is all depends on what was in the glass. I also don’t think one glass of wine will kill a baby or makes a person alcoholic. I also doubt she is drinking, even socially because of her pregancy history and Urban’s alcoholism (supporting her spouse staying sober).

Battlemama: Very good point you make about the frequent coffee runs that Katie made while she was supposedly pregnant. I believe doctors do advise women to limit caffeine consumption as well. Coffee is loaded with it. I don’t believe that Nicole had anything to drink either. Regardless, I’ve heard and read that it is okay to have an occasional glass of wine when one is pregnant. A friend of mine was in a very bad auto accident when she was about 12 weeks along. She had to have a metal rod placed in her leg from hip to ankle, remained in bed the rest of her pregnancy and was prescribed morphine for awhile after surgery. The baby was very healthy….actually he weighed just under 12 pounds. I too doubt drinking an occasional glass of wine will hurt.

I am really not a Kidman fan but I really wish her a healthy, beautiful child. She got out of that insane world and is now trying to have a normal life with her husband. Good luck to her. I wish her well.
Nicole, Reese, Julia, and Hallie are all Best Actress winners but it took them a while to find true love and happiness.

if cruise had married someone more substantial, like garner, cruz, vargara… i don’t think they’d be quite the laughingstocks that they are. mad money and holmes’ cringe-worthy performance definitely don’t help, nor do her stupid stupid comments that show poor diction and no articulation. kidman, cruz, garner — no other hollywood star has such problems.
tom’s bad enough as is, but his choice of marriage partner hasn’t helped either. if she acted somewhat decently in MM, things wouldn’t be soooooooo bad. ya know, if things had worked out with cher, the two would have been so revered by the gay transvestite communities…. hahahahahah.

jajorge, you are right, katie will NEVER win an academy. She can’t even play the role of tc’s wife convincingly.
I think Katie would be viewed a bit better if she would of kept her name off the leading credits of MM. The movie would of done better too.
She should of by passed all the “staring role” interviews and such too.

Remember Katie was the last choice on his list, not the first.
Remember this was a contract and part of the contract was Katie getting to be an A-list actress. She is by association. If she had the talent, she would not have been so desperate for Cruise as he was for her.

No matter what kind of positive fame KH gets, whether for Suri, TC’s wife, preggo rumors, or movie bombs, Katie is eating it all up and she will fuel them to keep the attention. We could see that with all her posing in New York like she was some huge movie star with talent and how she hid when her movie bombed.

I predict that Tom will get tired of all the negative publicity about his Katie, and will divorce her in a year. She will take Suri with her and he will start dating some new, younger actress whom he will convince to use the invitro method to get pregnant, and pretend again that the pregnancy is his. Until then, Suri will have to be subjected to mental and emotional abuse, by the hands of people brainwashed into believing in ET’s returning and destroying earth. Katie will have a nervous breakdown and won’t be able to live with the highs and lows in her life.

Carla: I think you hit it right on the nail. Although I say Suri will stay with Cruise unless she starts looking frumpy then he’ll pass her over to Katie who will have a nervous breakdown because she loves the lights, the attention.
Imagine what will would happen when Lindsey, Paris, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, go out and photographers no longer follow them. That will be devastating to them. They loves the lights, the attention but the press is fickle, when the flavor of the month melts, they move on. That will also happen to Katie.

Yes Carla, You did bring up a very important point, Invitro. For whatever reason NK did not want to go through with it so she and tc adopted. The other females that he dated were all WAY too smart to be hoodwinked into carrying the LRH sperm.
And if you think about it, after NK, his hook ups have all had dark genes. Easier to pass of the kids as his own, ie., Suri.

but why would tom give suri up as soon as she becomes frumpy, when he’s kept connor and isabella? i don’t know, but i think tom will keep suri if the marriage fails. suri’s already being raised scientologist and indoctrination probably begins really really early. somehow, i just don’t see him letting suri go.
and if the paternity issue is brought up in the divorce, i just can’t see katie using DNA to prove cruise is not suri’s daddy when that’s what she and tom have been selling to the world…

But then IF Katie were to get suri it would be for a short time as katies health will become “frail” forcing Suri back to the tc compound, permanently.

I say Cruise will NOT let Suri go if they divorce. I was being facious when I said he would let her go if she became frumpy. I said this as a joke because Cruise is consumed with image, trying to project a happy, perfect, successful family and it is all thanks to Scienotology. That’s what Cruise is trying to sell to the public these days. Problem is the public is not buying any of it and Cruise has just realized that this is why they are hiding and coming out and hiding and reassessing the image plan.

off topic: okay, so MAYBE scientologists can have other religions too i.e. be scientologist AND catholic. BUT, as far as i know, one cannot be a scientologist if one is a catholic, since catholicism doesn’t allow multiple faiths. scientologist and buddhist, and /or hindu……..but NEVER catholic and scientologist. but maybe tom cruise or dr. will smith would know more about religion, having studied all the world religions so deeply…

I agree that tommy won’t let katie have Suri in real life. Just on paper he will do it to make him look good and make NK look like it was she that dumped her kids not tommy keeping her from them.
As for when suri starts looking frumpy? He will do to suri what he did to Bella, ship her off the the Aunt to raise.

anyways, i’m truly happy for nicole. she seemed to have a hard time dealing with the divorce at first, but i’m sure she’s happier and wiser for it. it shows that she’s happy with keith. i also feel that she’s very much EARNED the artistic recognition through her own hard work and talents, and at least she never came across as the verbally challenged dimwit even while tom’s wife.

So now it’s Tomkat’s fault that some gossip columnist said that Nicole was drinking wine at the Oscars? Gossip columnists make up stories about celebs all the time. They don’t need to be tipped off by Tom and Katie. I could just as easily blame Nicole for all the negative rumors that were written about Katie during her pregnancy, because she was jealous that Katie was pregnant. BUT that would be silly and, I wouldn’t blame Nicole for that.

It is not difficult to see the difference in Nicole’s expressions and body language when she is with Keith vs. when she was with Tom. Before, she looked plastic. Now, she looks genuinely happy. It is beyond my understanding how someone that was married to such a classy, intelligent, beautiful, and talented woman could settle for someone like Katie Holmes. I’m not a big fan of any of them, but I do think that Nicole is a good actress.

Goodness! What you miss in a day on here. Gotta say PuckHappy you are certainly onto something there. Nicole can NEVER speak out against scientology or she will 1 forfeit Connor and Isabella forever and 2 she could end up missing or dead. COS doesn’t play around. I think everytime TC and KH go into ‘hiding’ they are trying reprogram Katie back into stepford wife mode. I don’t think KH will be able to leave. Now if TC decides he is done with her, then she will either disappear or get tossed out rather quickly (unfortunately without Suri) because TC doesn’t look back when he discards someone.

Battlemama: I always enjoy reading your remarks. I first came to this blog because I thought Suri’s pictures were so cute and adorable. I hadn’t really paid attention to Katie in her career until (and I’ve said it several times) around June 2007 when Katie and Suri were photographed on the beach in France and Suri was wearing this cute little pink swimsuit.
Fastforward almost a year and now I read and write on this blog to clarify and declare that this cult Scientology is not only dangerous and manipulative but they are these things wrapped up in an Hermes scarf and Armani designer outfit. Be careful out there. This is evil dressed in designerwear.

If I were Katie Holmes, I would definitely have a huge drinking and drug problem! I’ve often wondered if Katie drinks. We often hear Katie saying how AMAZING and WONDERFUL Tom is, and that he makes her LAUGH LIKE NOBODY HAS MADE HER LAUGH. Does anybody find that strange? Tom has absolutely NO sense of humor. So what is he doing that’s so funny that makes her laugh so much? I’ve never seen anybody who takes himself so seriously. I do think she’s under the influence of something, but I certainly can’t blame her if she is. I’d want to just check out of life if I were married to that FREAK.

Kind of ironic that “Mad MONEY” was KatE’s first movie.
With the story line being about 2 “older” women that need the help of a young carefree gal to help them get their hands on some money to make their lives better. They really aren’t “stealing” the money. It doesn’t really “belong” to anyone.
Kind of like in a REAL church, when you pay volunteer to pay tithing/collection plate it belongs to the Lord/Church where the church leaders put it to use for religious purposes. Whether you pay one penny or 1 million, your status on earth does NOT change.
In the CO$ cult the more $$ you give the more your earthly value becomes. And the money that you pay goes towards the worldly goods of the cult leaders.

Toledo: When you log in, go to the tab and you are able to change your “name” right there. Make sure to save your changes.
I just saw the movie Indecent Proposal where a young Demi Moore is lured into the life of a billionaire (Robert Redford) for one night for one million dollars (even though she’s married, yes I know this is only a movie).
But obviously there are women (and men) who will go with someone for the money, advancement in their career, for a movie part. And then there are people that won’t sell themselves that way. I think for the first group, the luxurious setting, security of money in the bank, etc. is too intoxicating to resist.
