Katie Takes a Stroll, Grabs Some Coffee

On November 6th, Katie Holmes was seen strolling around the set of her new movie “The Romantics”, in which she is co-starring alongside Anna Paquin, Josh Duhamel and Elijah Wood. They are currently filming in Long Island, New York.
The announcement that Katie snagged the role on the movie was made on November 2nd and then they started filming the next day. Talk about a fast turn around! Katie stepped in for Liv Tyler who was supposed to fill the role, but stepped down for unknown reasons.
According to IMDB, Katie is playing the role of Laura, the maid of honor to Anna Paquin’s Lila, the bride. and the film is about “seven close friends reunite for the wedding of two of their friends. Problems arise because the bride and the maid of honor have had a long rivalry over the groom.”

hey i live in greenport and i was behind katie in some of these picts and i wanted to see if i could get some of the pictures
i disagree. i think the boyfriend jeans rock on her pear-shaped frame (please katie, never wear skinny jeans again they do NOT suit you). Also, grungy-prep suits her… throws the focus on her face which is beautiful.
I think she looks great. I love how she appears to be totally comfortable with herself as a person, not herself as a star; she just wears what she likes, goes out without makeup, brings Suri up as she sees appropriate. I love it.
