  I’m afraid to make a comment because I don’t want people to bite my head off… Just kidding.
  I think a lot of people FALL wearing heels or flat shoes and its unfortunate that this happens but it does. I think she is a good mom and probably takes Suri with her shopping because she doesn’t want to leave her at the hotel with the nanny. Clearly security is an issue even if they have bodyguards. They probably had to plan an advance team to go to these stores before Katie and Suri got there. I once worked on a congressional campaign and the vice president was coming and his advance team came the day before to see which way they would enter, leave, and emergency exits. And the day of the event there were so many photographs trying to get the “money” shot. That’s probably the same thing with her only worse because people love celebrities, the famous people. Hope her knee heals fast… Suri is only going to continue to grow and become more independent and energetic. Kids are a huge responsibilitiy. And when you are a high profile and popular child like Suri everyone wants to take your picture.

  So, Jackyo trips while carrying her CHucky doll, as she walks in 6-inch heels, around Paris for a photo-op for People magazine. That explains her change of clothes and wardrobe switches. WHat a total ass. It’s nice to be a beard, isn’t it Katie?

  gross….so she’s such a freak about what outfit to be photographed in she can’t even cover that disgusting wound up with a band-aide and not wear a skirt so short that it’s exposed and rubbing against her boot

  nice to see that this celeb mom puts the safety of her children BEFORE fashion, she has the good sense to change her shoes before carrying her child. It’s just sad and wrong to compare these two, one is responsible and grounded, the other is a slave to fashion above all else with no common sense and her head in the clouds
