  ugly bag……..even if I had that kind of cash I would not buy that bag…….I think it costs over 3000.00…..I think it is just dreadful looking……and that trench she is wearing…….uggh…….. she looked so much better last summer.

  This is really off topic, but we sawTropic Thunder, I liked it, can’t say I loved it, but I enjoyed watching TC, he was in it more than I actually thought he would be, and loved that the movie finished with him dancing, that was good. As for Katies clothes, I wonder, is this going to go on till January, when the play ends , are the media going to wait outside every matinee and evening session . Her shoes are cute , I think they’re poka dot,scarves are very in with the celebs this year and Katies ones were pretty. Saw a picture of Jen Anniston in a cap the other day, and you what, without her hair falling all over her face,she wasn’t very attractive looking at all, and I went back and looked at Katie in her Fedora hat,and you saw really good bone structure and beautiful lips, and even though, I really don’t like her hair that short, I give her credit for having the guts to go that short even though it takes away from her over all look, but I don’t know if Iwant to disect her clothes every day for the next 4 months.

  annie: I agree that Katie does have great bone structure and beautiful, full lips. Her face is very pretty. I too have seen Jen Aniston without her hair around her face and I have always felt that her hair and her body make her attractive. Without that thick, long, hair she would have a very plain, masculine looking face. Afterall, doesn’t Perez Hilton call her Maniston????

  It’s not fashionable for this time………and I really don’t like her hair that short too..annie. Don’t you all realize? Her face in that pictures remind me whit NEO…MATRIX movie.she’s more like a man.

  I know Kelly……something is wrong with her. It has been steamy and hot, and she parades around in a black trench? In an earlier thread, I wrote that my cousin saw her on her way to work and that other people (on the street) were yammering behind KH’s back about how odd it was that she was dressed in a scarf and cardigan and it was almost 90 in the city. That behavior is not only odd, it is indicative of something much larger.

  Its just not normal for a woman of her age and means to dress inappropriately for the weather conditions. That behavior is symptomatic of something larger. What? I do not claim to know, but its just not “normal.”

  I think that there must be something wrong with her healthwise, I really do, *Katie* has said that KH had this health thing where she feels cold , back on DC, but you know, the other day there was a picture of her coming out of this workshop with a black tank and on top of that a turquois shoe string top ,and her pegged jeans, she looked so summery, it was on x17, I agree you can’t blame people for thinking that its a bit strange , what is puzzling to me is that Katie doesn’t need to wear those horrid cardigans because there are so many gorgeous long sleeved t shirts out there, I hope she’s ok.

  The day that pic was taken it had rained in the very early hours and much of Saturday was very overcast. The high was in the mid 80’s and didn’t reach there until afternoon.
  From the pics of KH, she changed out of the trench in later pics that day.

  Since mid August temperatures have been in the low to mid 80’s with early morning and night time temps falling to the mid 60’s/70’s at times.

  August tends to be blisteringly hot and humid but that has not been the case this August. It has felt more like Fall.
  Temperatures have been cooler in the mornings, higher at mid day and falling again in the evenings.
  90 degree temps in NYC must have been at the end of July.

  It’s looking as if September will give NYC the weather it typically has for August.

  If it’s been raining then a mac would be a sensible option. If it’s raining then I usually don my snowboarding jacket - doesn’t go with my outfit at all but it keeps me dry, would you say that was normal behaviour?

  She just wanted an opportunity to wear her trench coat. She lives for clothes. Just because it sprinkles in late summer doesn’t mean a normal person gets out the rain gear. I get the feeling that clothes are the center of her universe.

  It poured in the early hours of Saturday morning and it was overcast all of Saturday.
  It was also a bit breezy as well.

  OK, afte checking the weather for that day on the internet. I did indeed rain. That aside, we have seen Katie in summery clothes. We have seen her without sweaters. Though she wears them a lot. I doubt there is any grand conspiracy. I know people who love their sweaters. The trench coat was for one day and the pictures later in the evening, she does not have it. Nothing to warrant a grand conspiracy.

  I am missing Suri, hope we see her soon.

  I think that being with Tom, has allowed Katie morefreedom to experiment with different looks, something I don’t think she would have done before, the only problem with that is you can go all over the place, sometimes the original look can sometimes be the best.

  Does anyone remember when Katie was on MTV Diaries? She talked about how she was horrible at picking out clothes and she always needed help. She had to have help picking out her outfit for the david letterman show. I think katie’s “new york” style isn’t great but she probably likes it. Also, since she is always wearing long sleeves it’s probably cold in the theater.

  Tyler and Jenna: I don’t think that clothes are Katies universe at all, if I had to choose 2 stars whose universe are clothes, its the worlds biggest posers, J Lopez and Vic Beckam, I can see hours spent in front of the mirror , but not somone who goes around with no make up on most of the time, usally people who spend a lot of time on their face ,spend a lot of time on the clothes.

  I work in an office that is frigid. I wear sweaters, long pants, and long sleeve dress shirts all summer long. Maybe it’s cold at rehearsals. Now, I hate to think what people think of me because of the way I’m dressed when I do my errands after work.

  Play time is getting close! SO exciting !!!
  Has anyone else noticed that katie has had both of her body guards with her all the time lately.
  I wonder if it gets tiring to always having them around, I mean what if you are having a, well, how shall I say it….. what if you need to “fluff”?
  I mean they are men that work for your husband, and well what if you get in the car and you know…… =)
  And they are ALWAYS there!

  Hi Annie: Well, here locally, a preview of a play simply means that the show will “open” about a week or two before the general public is permitted to purchase tickets or view it. That “preview” period is for “special” VIP patrons, non-profit organizations, corporate parties etc. to view the play/show before it “officially” opens to the general public. This is how we preview a play here in Pennsylvania……it may mean something completely different in NYC!! :)
