2 reasons she is holding on to her jacket- she knows from seeing pics of other celebs that flash pics make some tops “see-thru”, and..her jacket is too small-not unlike a lot of her clothes which are also ill-fitting.

I know exactly what happened. AFter seeing those photos of that crazy lunatic forcing SUri into the ocean, and the sad pitiful look on katies face as suri clung to her crying after they took her out, she’s obviously been told to go back to LA without Suri and do auditing. katies being punished for what I’m sure was a screaming match after toms INSANE idea to put that poor child in the water at this age.
She DOESN”T have any “work” going on.

She doesn’t leave her daughter every week. She and Tom take turns watching Suri when they have to be apart. Last time she traveled, Katie took Suri with her so now it is Tom’s turn to watch her, while Katie is busy. And by the way, there is a scientology center in Berlin that they go to. She wouldn’t need to go all the way back to L.A. for auditing.
Gosh, you guys and your conspiracy theories are too much.

Do you really think Tom would agree to be living in Berlin for 4 months while he shoots Valkyrie if he didn’t have someone there to do his auditing. lol.

I remember the last time Katie went to L.A. w/out Suri, she was seen going to a meeting, and I bet this time will be no different. Regardless of what she is doing, I don’t see why it’s so hard to understand that they TAKE TURNS taking care of Suri when they have to be apart. Katie took Suri with her to N.Y. and L.A. a couple weeks ago, so now it is Tom’s turn to take care of her while Katie is away.

try as hard as you want to explain this away, it’s just WEIRD. Just like it was totally weird that she would leave a newborn to go shopping in Paris. If he has time off from filming why isn’t she staying there for the remainder of his time off? ANd if she went home because his time off has ended why on earth would she leave her baby with someone who has to be on set for 12-14 hours a day?????

gwen stefani doesn’t even leave her kid for a day when she’s touring, she said she just couldn’t. Lots of women have commented on Katies behavior re: leaving Suri all the time and bottom line, it’s just not normal

Maybe they get intruded upon more than any other celebrity couple. Maybe Katie doesn’t want Suri constantly being snapped in paparazzi photos. Maybe that’s why Suri is not always in every picture. hana the jolie-pitts don’t dress up their kids in Burberry outfits, put on suits and high heels and fly helicopters to go walk around a muddy field so they can have their pictures taken, then get in seperate vehicles and go their seperate ways.

This “couple” is a joke and I’m laughing my HEAD off that they got turned away at a posh club

I’ll start With Tomkat. The didn’t fly helicopter to go walk around a muddy field. There were at the filed after Tom flew a 1941 Boeing Stearman on the German location of Cruise’s new movie Valkyrie, with co-pilot Thomas Schuttoff, director of the Berlin-based pilot training school, Tempelhof Aviators. That field is the helicopter landing place where they take off from to the airport.

Branglina,aren’t they the ones who hired a photographer to take a pic of them in Morocco so they can come out as a couple? What about selling exclusive pics and stories of every child they adopt and biological to the media in the name of a charity? How about telling media every single donation they make? Not to mention the many arrange photo of the couple intimate dinners?

what “arrange” photos of intimate dinners?

and YES, they do take control of the media and instead of the rags getting money off of them they sell the pictures and give the money to charity. Sarah Jessica Parker was the first one to do that with baby photos. It’s the RIGHT thing to do.

And I read online that Katie and Suri went back to the hotel and tom didn’t go, so that’s where I got my info

Maybe when they “fly helicopters to go walk around a muddy field” is a family outing for them(which most families are able to do everyday) and they don’t want to make their daughter suffer by keeping her home all the time, because of their celebrity. And they dress up because they know there will be cameras, and if they didn’t there would be a thousand critial people, saying how dumpy & frumpy Katie looks.

I don’t think Katie is skinny, sometimes she looks skinny and sometimes she looks fine all depending on what she wears. I saw a pic of her in a bikini while they were in Italy and she is in good shape not skinny but nice and toned.

Regarding the club. I personally don’t believe it because the story came from British tabloid Daily mail news paper who are very well known for making up stories and quote. But according to them it wasn’t Tom and Katie that approached the club bodyguards but their security team which were told the club was full and P.diddy and Dubai royals where already inside way before them. I don’t know if that is true or not since I don’t buy Daily mail but according to the clubowner of the posh and famous club VIP in Saint-Tropez Jean Roch that is where Tom and Katie sepnd the night partying after they arrived around 12 am and he said….

“The couple drew crowds Friday night in a scene that VIP Room clubowner Jean Roch calls “crazy, crazy, crazy. It was an amazing surprise. There were maybe 500 to 600 people gathered outside when they tried leaving. It was like word of mouth had spread all along the Cote d’Azur.”

Since when is a story is only made up about Tom Cruise by the tabloids? All you’ve to do is check the tabs who make up story just about everyone week and week out e.g Branglina, Tomkat and so on…so are all celebs hated by everyone?
Daily mirror newspaper is famous for making up stories big time and this paper is the same one who made up the faked photographs of British soldiers supposedly torturing Iraqi prisoners and the editor was fired over it.

Tia, you know what happens when the fans argue this point and say that you can’t believe ANYTHING that is written about them? A story will come out that casts them in a positive light and thats my favorite because I can remind the fans that you can’t POSSIBLY believe that, right????
It’s hilarious because the fans will buy a RIDICULOUS story like Katie had 100 pizzas flow in from Chicago and baked locally in N.O but theres just no way you’ll believe he was turned down at a chic club but that P Diddy was let in.

All that was reported was about their short vacation and how they had fun and lots of great pictures with caption like this one….
this is what they said about Suri going into the ocean.
In Touch weekly: The water’s fine! Dad hopped right in, but little Suri wasn’t so sure…Maybe little Suri have to wait a little while to start swimming lessons.

Star: Though the couple look comfy, little Suri was less than thrilled with her life jacket.

This is just about suri and there was nothing negative in ALL 5 US magazines …like I said as long as they right positive and not only negative rumours every week I’m happy with that.

How about Brooke she was at the Beckhams party, as well as the Beckhams and the Smiths all parents, actually the only two couples left at 1am was Becahams and Cruises while the Smiths and Brooke stayed partying the whole night. How about branglina going out parting with Ocean 13 casts while promoting their movies or Golden globes after party and so on?

We only used to see them at their games and here and there once in a blue moon. Now its summer and no school, they’re probably with their mother, there was actually a picture of Connor and Nicole a while ago in Australia. How are you going to see them with Nicole when we rarely see her? Where ever they are I’m sure they’re fine. I bet you once Suri gets a bit older we won’t see her at all.

I’m not talking about events related to peoples careers.
there was the Beckham party, this time and another time a month or so ago, don’t remember the occassion, I just remember being suprised to hear they were out all night til 7 a.m. dancing.

And I would think that the recent pictures of frightened Suri being put in the water while screaming aren’t winning him any father of the year awards.
Also, I saw the video of them shopping and then walking down the street. SUri started running and they got to the intersection and tc looked PISSED, then katie bent down like maybe she was trying to say don’t run away and then tc snatches her up like a sack of potatoes and she’s literally dangling from his arm and kicking her feet, as he marches across the street with her

Like every baby who just started walking Suri seem to want to walk by herself but when they got to the crossing Katie tried to hold on to her but Suri has her own minds and when she refused like a baby both Katie and Tom tied to hold on to her…..then her father not pissed at all he actually was smiling at first then he just pics her up and cross the road or would you rather she walks right in the cars that were coming by?!
About their partying if you don’t remember it then it didn’t happen. If it did or didn’t isn’t an issue as long as they can balance their life as a couple and being parents which they’re doing great.

Of course you’ll find it weird…that is you after all.
But to some people who are not bias and who has credibility unlike yourself can see that it was nothing weird about it. That is the way he carried her on the display table all the way while looking and some more on the air and put her down.
You need to get a life outside Tom and Katie who you’ve obsession with every single detail of their life, I’m a fan and not into that much detail.

believe me, I saw the disturbing comments on JJ in re: to those terrible pictures of suri bawling and of suri and katie huddled together, with katie looking like she was going to cry. It was all “oh look how cute” “look how much FUN they’re having”

believe me if I saw any celeb putting their wailing child into the ocean, or holding their kid the way he did I’d say the same thing……it’s just that I’ve never seen pictures or video or anyone else doing that, or taking a helicopter to a field and walking around in high heels, or being photographed over and over and over with their almost 2 year old and her bottle, etc etc etc etc etc

Newsflash, you can’t let a 18 month old child do whatever they want. And when you stop them, they kick and scream, it’s called a temper tantrum. It’s not bad parenting to stop a child from doing something. Also, babies cry - when she was put in the ocean she didn’t like it and cried - it is not such a big deal.

I loved the video too. I like how they let her develop her character, she seems strong minded but am sure she will not be a spoilt child. Connor and Bella seem well adjusted kids. I am still not buying hater’s concern for Suri, after all they are always abusing her and calling her names. If you put a child in the water and they don’t stop crying, for god sakes, take them out! Don’t make a media circus out of it.
