Katie Holmes Arrives for Another Broadway Rehearsal

I am absolutely loving all of these Katie Holmes photos! Katie arrived at rehearsals yet again for her Broadway debut in Arthur Miller’s “All My Sons“.
Katie is wearing a silver jacket, those jeans every one has been talking about, flats and that brown belt a lot of us fell in love with. Like many of you have mentioned, Katie just looks good. She seems happy and I think you are all right that she thrives when she is working. After being a stay-at-home mom for so long, I can definitely relate to that!

Hopefully, she’ll grow her hair back after she is done with this All My Son’s play.

I hope she grows her hair too. Julie you are spoiling us with all these pictures. I do agree she seems to be thriving. when she is working. Also living alone after living with lots of people and kids for two years straight is good for the soul. God knows my best holidays are when we leave the tykes home. I love them but I need an occasional break.
I hope Suri joins her soon and we get loads of mother daughter pictures.
I still don’t get the jeans but hey, I will reserve my comments, they may be the lastest craze which I missed burried in my laptop lol. Love the belt, not sure about the jacket….

I think I may change my original opinion of the jeans… I really liked the photo of Katie that Julie linked from JustJared site - Katie had a tank, a cowbow looking belt and jeans, she looked stellar in that one, but I’m not so crazy about this belt (it’s cute, but the other is cuter). Upon further inspection of the jeans, I realize now the rolling & tucking action going on - I wasn’t ever a big fan of that to begin with years ago, and not so much now. I’m a like bot cut jeans, and skinny jeans, but I guess the roll & tuck makes for a transition from wide leg jeans to smaller ones without buying a ew pair. (Yup, I realize Katie can buy a new pair, I’m more referring to those of us who can’t afford a new wardrobe every other day, LOL!) I’m just thankful that she’s not wearing the wide leg pants anymore, I don’t think they did anything for her!
I do like the jacket, it’s looks quite chic with the black top, but the 2 fashions (jacket and rolled jeans) just don’t make it together - they’re too far apart from each other on the spectrum. (This, coming from the girl - me - who has a hard time coorinating her OWN wardrobe! Oh well, I guess it’s easier to disect someone else’s style than your own, LOL!)
I too hope for long hair….

did any of you guys experience problems getting into TOMKATCRAZY site yesterday, it would’nt let me in for 24 hrs, the same with JJ, all is well now, sent an email to Julie, but that came back , maybe i did’nt put the right name in or something, i’m very computer illiterate.

i like the black top and jacket, i actually like Katie in skinny jeans, but she’s only going to rehearsals, i hope she grows her hair too, not necessarily as long as she had it but it also looks good shoulder length on her as well, ithink

I am in the minority here I guess b/c I actually like the short hair now! It looked awful in Telluride for the 4th but it looks longer now and more tousled and much cuter!! I agree that she looks so relaxed and happy. I love the belt and the jeans but NOT pegged at the bottom……thats soooo 80″s. I also like her in a wide leg and must admit that all summer long I have been sporting the wide-leg trouser jean. Its classic, yet very with it. I hated the skinny jeans she was wearing….they just emphasized her pear shape lower half. She looks adorable now and young….and I am so happy she will be on B-way!!!

I think that Katie looks pretty no matter how she wears her hair. It is only that…hair and it will grow and I am sure she will change it to something else eventually. I like it when a woman is confident enough to change her hair and try new looks. The same old thing can get boring. I love her look lately too…the whole casual look with jeans and simple tops. I don’t really mind the rolled jean…I admit to rocking the rolled jean back in the 80’s…but we paired it with high top sneakers and chunky colorful socks!!

those jeans scare the hell out of me….please say that is not coming back IN…rolled jeans!!! the leg warmers will be next!

The Cruises are only gonna get more bad publicity with this new lawsuit against the COS and Cruise. And that will over flow into
this play, tickets won’t sell like they thought they would. The Cruises are poison at the boxoffice

LOL Kelly! OMG even thinking about a return of the legwarmers is just incomprehensible. lolol It is sort of like thos UGG dog ugly boots that all the stars wear. And the croc shoes-comfortable maybe but a total eye sore.

The suit did not even make it to the front page of any paper. The tickets are selling like hot cakes according to the site selling them and Tom’s cameo in Tropic thunder is being hailed left right and centre. It must be hard being you.

the only thing i actually like about kh’s outfit is the jacket. the ONLY thing. but if i wore it, i would not wear it with those jeans, nor that shirt underneath, nor that belt, nor shoes. i think i might have worn it with some short shorts and a lighter coloured shirt underneath.

the legwarmers did make a comeback didn’t they? think back a few years, with madonna’s cd and think of paris hilton and nicole richie a few years back……they’d wear those frilly short skirts and legwarmers on their legs.
i actually like the uggs! very practical, well much more practical than wearing high heel ankle or knee-high boots to climb snowy hills if you live in a hilly snowy city in the winter. and they’re warm.

Because we have a few celebrities in NC, I did see the occasional UGG sighting, but seriously they just didn’t fit in with everyone elses flip flops. One girl wearing Uggs (perhaps there are more kinds, but her’s looked like winter boots) with a skirt and blouse in the middle of summer (when we can reach up to 100 degrees). They just looked out of place and completely impractical…
I think fashion can’t make up it’s mind right now what decade to revive… I’ve seen a lot of things (home furnishings included, especially at Target) that are quite like the 60’s, but on a recent shopping trip to everal stores for a dress - all the wild patterns were reminiscant of the 70’s…
