  Webmistress I’ve a question for you…Do you like fans or neutral people to come back to your website? If that is the case why haven’t you taken measure against Miapocca and Libraesque this people are very insulting to both Tomkat and the people who come here and they seem to have an agenda for being here because they’re also at some FAN dedicated website even though they hate tomkat. Is this going to carry on like this? people can’t even come to read the news or see pictures any more? look at how many people have already left…Isn’t enough they have Ihatetomcruise and freekatie website they have to come to fan sites to bother people?

  Dear naive, Webmistress is not going to shoo people away. She wants more people to come, fan or not. Actually, the site owner does, so more companies would place ads on the site and that brings money. Webmistress is just a worker here, my dear. Do you think the site owner has so much money he/she doesn’t know what to do with it therefore went and bought a site address, a server, hired a few webmistresses/webmasters to put together the site just to entertain fans or gossip readers like you and I?

  If you like to come here, thank those who post different opinions from yours. They are the ones who generate the large number of posts the site owner needs to sell advertising space. Otherwise, the site would be shut down very quickly.

  C, I understand this website needs more people but from the looks of it because of two people MIA and LIR people are turning off. So I don’t think webmistress wants those two people only who are turning off everyone. And I’ve no problem with people who have different opinion but not agenda like those two whose main purpose is to turn off people with their insults.

  I don’t think these two drive people off. The proof is that I am here reading. Most people don’t post because the topic is silly even in gossip land–my opinion.

  Cussing is bad so strike the words out and leave the message. How about some fans here wishing critics of TK ill (using God as her witness)? Isn’t she foul too, therefore need to be censured? If you start censuring, censure all.

  I don’t think Anne or Helen has run any one off, I think it is those people who insist on being childish. I agree some of these gossip stories are too foolish to comment but lets face it, it is hard to reason with those two. I was insulted and I lost some interest in the site because I can’t stand people who use foul language like those two and they rarely evn make sense in what they post. They just seem possessed by and angry bitter demon.

And the weird thing is, all I said was “maybe you’re ghetto trash, but decent girls don’t have bastard babies, especially if you’re Katie H.” and this girl went all batshit crazy, saying I insulted her and her kids, which just proves I was right, she is some ghetto trash whore who had a litter of kids out of wedlock, or else she wouldn’t have gone all crazy like that!!!!

  Reading comments like the last five make me feel a little ill and it makes me not want to be part of that kind of rubbish. They turn me RIGHT OFF the site! and I’ve left a couple of times and not come back for a while because of these people. So both haters AND non-haters obviously have their supporters. however…
  I’D much rather use my time and energy SUPPORTING someone rather than HATING them.
  What’s the use in being so counter productive, and breeding hate and bitterness? Doesn’t solve much. It only satisfies wicked urges and thoughts. :(

  What I like about this site is the way Leora writes, and the topics she chooses to feature. To-the-point, and has the information and pictures that I want to see. I can be a fan and show my support. Also love the extra info you get from other great fans. That’s what I like about this site.

  The prefered nomenclature is Asian. You have no way of knowing a person’s nationality on sight. She could just as easily be American, Canadian or Swedish. Choose you words wisely, please.

  You never did respond to my post on your use of the word “proud”.

  This is one of the reasons why I am a proponant of education. I look words up daily to make certain I am using them properly. Most of the smartest people I know look words up all the time. Your dictionary should be the most used book in your house.

  The Asian or oriental woman, from sight, is of some nationality and ethnicity based in the orient. She could have the US as her country of origin, or be from Sweden or even be Canadian. We know that she is not from European desent, otherwise she would have those distinct facial features that would be apparent of a woman who is Swedish, as an example. I think that Jeniifer meant “who is the CHinese lady” to describe her in the picture. There are distinct facial features that distinguish the Chinsese from the Japanese, Koreans and so forth. Although, she may also be Malaysian, or from the Philopeans. It was an accurate description, because you knew exactly the woman to which she was refering. I don’t think she meant to defame the woman in any way though.

  I did claim she was attempting to insult anyone. I mearly pointed out to a poster, whom in the past has accused people of not understanding or using the English language properly that it was a poor choice of words.

  By the way, the word oriental is considered, by some, to be slightly offensive in reference to people. The word was originally used in trade and geographic identification. Oriental and Oxidental as in East and West in relation to Europe as the center. It is considered an antiquated word. It is not a word to be avoided, however, but instead used with caution and more often in relating to objects or cultural works. For example; oriental rugs or oriental medicine.

  Also, one’s nationality is not defined by appearance or heritage but by citizenship. For example: Martina Navratilova is of Czechoslovakian heritage and ethnic background but her nationality is American.

  As Carla said, I was just trying to be descriptive. Didn’t mean to offend.By the look of her bone stucture though, the asian lady, I would guess that the type of asian that she has in her is not Korean, maybe Japanese, but I think she looks like she has Chinese blood in her.
