Jada Pinkett Smith Talks About TomKat’s Marriage Rumors
I really respect Jada Pinkett Smith and love her movies so I’m inclined to believe these statements she made about TomKat…Yet I DON’T like how she’s calling her Kate.
“Kate is running her own show. And she’s a great mother. Her kids — Connor, Bella, Suri — are dynamic children and are extremely happy. And her husband is very, very happy.”
“It burns my soul — I see her in the house with Tom; he doesn’t have that on her! … Let me tell you: Kate ain’t no little wimpy kitty cat,” says Pinkett Smith, who also calls Holmes a “tigress.”
“She’s young, she popped into motherhood very fast,” Pinkett Smith says of Holmes. “If you think about the transition she’s done, with as much grace she’s had, and on top of it with the attacks — I don’t know how she does it.”
Pinkett Smith says she’s amazed “how people want to focus on ‘She’s tied up in the basement and he throws steaks to her at night and she gets to see Suri only on Sundays.’ It’s ridiculous.”

Bella and connor are not her children, they are her step-children, they already have a mother. if they are ‘dynamic and extremely happy’ that isn’t all down to kate.
i am sure she is a wonderful step mother (probably more like a big sister I would imagine owing to the age gap)
and i have never once believed tom keeps kate in the basement and throws her steak at night, its plainly obvious that the only place tom is throwing those steaks is down his own neck.

It sounds like friend Jada Pinkett is worried that Tom Cruise and Holmes could split and Katie lose all her millions. Pinkett over dramatized, over compensated for Katie’s character - she doth protest too much, so much so that she’s not believable. No one ever said Holmes was locked in a basement, with Cruise throwing her crumbs. But she certainly is limited in what she can do. By the way, Cruise certainly looks like he’s been into the steaks lately.
Scientology is a cult and is dangerous. Holmes is far from being a tigress; and Cruise with all his wealth, power, would never stick with a woman who was. Not with that religion of his. He has control. It’s his dime. Pinkett only made the situation worse.

I’m glad their close non Scientology friends spoke up. I’ve read comments where people have said why Tom hasn’t sued the tabs or spoke about the gossips if they weren’t true and so on….but I’m glad Tom hasn’t wasted his time and energy on the tabs and I’m glad their friends are defending them. Abusing Jada will not change naything. I am glad she has come out and exposed those liar magazines. if the marriage is so unhappy, why do tabloids need to convince us that it is? Why do their so called ‘insiders’ find the need to prosyletise its demise for the last two years? Why do you haters insist that when Katie appears happy, she is brianwashed?
Of course their friends are asked by the tabloids and like good friends they tell what they see. Aniston admitted that Courtney’s marriage was on the rocks. If the Cruise Marriage was on the rocks, am sure these people would refrain from talking about it at the very least. But why constantly lie about it? None of their friends has ever indictated that their marriage is anything but happy and blissful.
I am glad their friends are speaking out for them, at least we know that they know better than Ming of Usweekly who prints contradictory stories just to sell magazines. At least sensible people know now who to believe. I believe the more their friends speak out, the harder it will be for haters to convince any one. Why would someone like Terry Simmel lie? Last week man people on the Ryan Seacrest show complained that tabloids were out of control and should be stopped when he read out two stories from two different rags about Tomkat each contradicting each other on their wherabouts and Suri’s birthday but one saying Tom is on set with Katie with his mum and the other that Katie has not been on set for several days and only shot for one day and Tom refused her to go with Suri.
I am glad the all people who called in said they did not believe the rumours on the Tomkat marriage and that they thought Tom and Katie were happy and mostly like other newly weds.
At least Jada knows and visits them so can I can trust her story better than the mags.

I’ve noticed that certain pictures and stories have been pulled from the internet. I guess when bloggers get too close to the truth, the PR people get nervous and get the items off the web sites before anyone has any chance to really think them through.
There is no reason for Jada or anyone of the scientology neighborhood to come forward and to be interviewed, for the sake of TC or KH. If their relationship is that rock solid, then there wouldn’t be any reason for slim pieces of gossip to take hold. And, no one would have to justify or elaborate on their relationship for them. If the rumours are not true, the best thing to do is nothing. The rumours live out their cycle, then die out. But the fact that these scientology related friends are coming forward from no where indicates that there are problems brewing.

Great article from Jada…even greater than the article is the person behind it, Jada herself. What a genuine friend she is! she sounds like a very strong woman and its great to read Tom and Katie have great friends like the Smiths and Terry S.

I have always felt that Katie has Tom around her little finger and he would do anything for her. He has demostrated this and though he is an actor, he cannot put on a show for all this long, even movies have takes till they get the act right. Tom has had his act right since the beginning and even the way he looks at Katie tells a story. Thanks Jada for pointing out the obvious to every one.
If Lib and Mia sincerely believed that Tomkat were sincerely doomed, they would not go to great lengths to try and spew their hate on every site. O.K guys, I love Tom Cruise too but am so jealous Katie got him. Those too seem happy and perfect and It hurts me a lot. My husband left me for a younger woman and I resorted to heroin. Pray for me to get rid of the habit. It is ruining my life. I also wanted to join scientology but they asked fer so much money and I could not afford it. I hopes scientology could cure my addiction.
